I know the feeling. The hole on the RIGHT side of the mask, the bolts on his right side that usually indicate healing bones. I could've sworn he was going to be Obito. Even the name "Tobi" is one letter short of being "Obito". Kishimoto probably just wanted to screw with the readers.
