On QVC.com Laura Geller has something called Sugar Free Blush and brighten that is shimmer free.

Great review :) I hope this isn't a stupid question I'm about to ask, but I am new to watching your videos and I am curious about this make-up, so I just wanted to ask: are you wearing the Laura Geller make-up in the tutorial? If not, what make-up are you wearing? It looks amazing :) I know you made a reference to Smashbox, but you also demonstrated the Laura Geller blush. I just wanted to be sure :)

The balance and brighten is my all time fav powder, I use it as a finishing powder over foundation.... nothing like it...:) I use the fair in the winter and the regular in the summer...

I have this kit too. I found the lush had way too much colour. I agree that the brush is not up to par. I give this kit very low marks as it irritated my skin and I don't really have sensitive skin. I found her products were basically drugstore quality. I liked your review though. :)

LG has different shades of blush and some are much better than the others. :-) I'd like to see you try the eyeliner and the shadow.

I forgot to say that I tried Laura's Spackle and found it sticky and tacky, and it did not dry quickly at all (for me). I love her Balance and Brighten, and her blushes. Her blushes normally have a shimmer to them. I like her "baked" eye liners and shadows. Also, the Today's Special Value on the 30th is going to be a Delectable Chocolate Baked Color Collection.

devils food is my favourite so far. I wa sintroduced to it by a friend and absolutely love the eyeshadows. Only thing is devils food isn't as deep as I wanted the colour to be I must be something wrong.

I tried the apricot baked blush and it is so pretty.

I have to use a very light hand though as I am pretty light. I want to try the light blush n bronzer to use on my cheeks and eyes.

I bought two of her eye shadows, one is Devils food and the other is Startburst and they go on so beautifully. I love the Balance and Brighten light foundation too. Thanks for your video.

The reason why they aren't as big as you thought is b/c they are the mini/small sizes. The full size's are 0.32 and the ones that you bought are 0.06. I just thought I would let you know that for some reason. LOL Oh and thanks so much for this video, you look great here!

I am light olive-ish too and I use the medium. It might seem too dark hen you first use it but trust me, the key is in thr application. You'll get the hang of it and the shade should be perfect :)

i didn't like the face spackle...it was very greasy/slippery...kind slick feeling. I also didn't feel like it did anything or made a difference....prep + prime from mac, smashbox primer = much better. :)

you look so pretty here and I love how you style your hair. Will you do a tutorial on it please? Usually if you line your lower lash line or water line it makes the eyes look smaller but your eyes actually look bigger and stand out... your eye makeup suits you so well :)

I buy LG from QVC. I like her "sugar-free" version of blush 'n brightens without glitter particles; much more practical. These will be carried by Sephora in mid-April/May once QVC's 'exclusivity' expires. During the summer & days off, only use balance & brighten w/o any foundation.

that last color reminds me of the msf petticoat from mac. It also does the same thing you were talking about not enough color. I use it as just a highlight since i have the same issue.

I love the LG baked blushes. I tried to love the Bronze N Brighten but I had to swap it on makeup alley. I would love to see a review after you try them. The blushes give you a gorgeous glow. Love em, but I couldn't get a bronze and a brighten when they were all mixed together. I feel it should have been seperated in the package.
