Bernard and Brett made such a great team. Who knows what other musical brilliance we would have had from them if they stuck together for more than just a few bands. Imagine if Johnny Greenwood left Radiohead after The Bends? Huh? Quite a similar thing I reckon. Its too stupid for that to have happened, one of the biggest fuck ups of the 90s.
