hey im looking for a shoe that i can wear everyday(ex. playing basketball, soccer, football etc with friends) and i also want a durable shoe so i wuz wondering if these shoes would last a long time or not. If not could u suggest any other shoes.
They may look cool but do they give you the right support that your foot needs, There are 3 types of feet and 3 types of shoes, to find out which one you are download this application of iTunes called, 'WET TEST'

this shoe is junk, heeled and not good for your back sine hips etc. waste of money and had for your health, stick to no shoes or flat shoes with no heel, this guy has no clue what he is talking about, just a marketing scam
I saw them in a shop, and normaly I wear shoes with the size 9, but in the shop I didn't get my foot in the fu*** 9.5 size nike free 5.0 v4 shoe. and there were no bigger sizes at the moment. But I don't want to buy them online because I don't know if the size 10 is big enough. And what would you think, is it good to wear this shoe every day?
u could just run barefoot...i do so and run with brooks adrenaline gts 10. not cuz i actually need all that stability- i have flat feet but a neutral gait- but cuz they're pretty darn nice. im probably gonna go w/ brooks ghost 3 as soon as i get the money for it (still in hs, no job yet).
@FORtheWlN they're great. I wear them to the gym every time I go. I think you should try to train in a "barefoot" style sneaker as much as possible to strengthen the muscles in your legs. Good question...
I actually hate then for the gym...If you want barefoot shoes, go with Vibram Fivefingers, Terra Plana Vivo Barefoot, or Feelmax. Nike Frees have a substantial heel-to-toe drop which is not conducive to barefoot running/living.
@Felton321 Maybe they don't last well for runners but they are very comfortable for walkers and mine have lasted over 6 months so far and I walk 4 miles per day in them.
@Felton321 no they do last. I've had mine for probably 5 months now, running cross country and walking around my county, and they are still going strong.
how long did the sole last for these shoes? just wondering.

Is it a good idea to integrate these gradually rather than just doing your long run with them straight away?

@ThatOneGuy1027 No I think the Runs are better just because the sole seems to last longer...

hey where did you buy these shoes from because i really like the color of these shoes and i cant find these shoes in that color?
ElNigro7XBLive 1 year ago
@ElNigro7XBLive these are over a year old now, so they won't have this color available anymore. Maybe you can try eBay?
ShooGooRoo 1 year ago
@ElNigro7XBLive if you go to the online nike store and go to shoes NikeiD you can customize them in any color you want

what are your feelings about these shoes to use in a gym for training such as sprints, jump roping, etc.

I love my Nike Free 5.0 as walking shoes! They are great for walking and I put at least 4 miles per day on them.
