  • @BravesNation16 The song is called Higher by Creed. I wanted to put The Good Ole Boys, but you tube blocked it on me.

  • Lovely.......

  • Hey! You shoud give me that!

  • She is so beautyfull ! Thank you for having saved. So realistic, restored and well done, you are awesome !

In France we loved this show. Thank to keep the memory of a special tv star ;)

  • wow i want to do the same thing with my 9 years old twins, they love the general lee just like me .

how mutch did it cost you total ? nice work !!!

  • @lettragepc All said and done it only cost me my house! Hahaha!! All in all it was right around $40k. It was well worth it, the memories created doing this with my son are priceless. He is now going to be 13 and can't wait to drive it.

The General is a part of our family.

  • Nice, beautiful.

  • awesome build, the car looks amazing. You will not believe how much of an influence this car had on my childhood. I wish I had one just like yours parked outside my place :)

  • What a beautiful car. I would love to have one of my own.

  • very nice, love the job you did

  • Was that a Super bee at the bottom right corner @ 1:09?

  • @TheHyperkid97

Yes it was, but not mine. Someone else was having that done at the shop at the same time i was working on mine.

  • i want to steal your car ;)

  • What color paint did you go with?

  • @calmquist0

Flame red - Lead Dukes mechanic Tom Sarmento told me that seemed to be the most common and correct color

  • @calmquist0 Where Did you find the Charger?

  • @69hotrodsr Right here on Long Island

  • u need to make a video of u driving it!!!

  • You could have had a really nice Charger instead of building a General Lee. I think the cars look so much better when they're not 'Generalized' but that's just my opinion. At least you saved it from the brain dead backwoods stunt show organizers that claim cars like the one you found are "unrestorable" and 'jump' them in their shows thus completely destroying the car from ever being driven normally.

  • Very good work. Got the horn?

  • @MrSonyDelight

First thing I bought for the car!

  • My uncle Jason got a beautiful 69 charger for 9,000 on ebay, tore everything out of it, put a Chevy 350 in it and one month later, demo Derby. That was 9 years ago. I still hate him for it.

  • Such a beautiful car, I'm glad there's still people like you that put in their time, effort & money to restore these beauties to "General Lee" status! If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pick her up for? Again, such a perfect job restoring one of the most memorable cars in the world!
