We are people who are a lot older than 22 and have seen and experienced life in a way a child like this can't fathom. We are also those who can read history (and have lived a good portion of it) and don't rely on CNN and NPR for our entire world view.

And no, I don't like Bush. He likes to spend too much like a drunken sailor on social programs for which our federal government has no constitutional authority.

Try traveling, try living outside of your very small as you say older box. A person can be 5 or 85 in age experience comes from openness to ideas. Einstein, Ghandi, Martin Luther King they all had wild ideas that have shaped our society and I'm sure they were young once so get over the age thing.

No, age in itself does not define experience. But age does mean you've had more time and opportunity to directly apprehend the various phases of life and the world around you. It therefore suggests our worldview most likely comprises a bigger "box" than those who are so young.

This isn't a legitimate question. Andrew Jackson consolidated more power than Bush would have ever dreamed of doing. Bill Clinton abused this power more than any president in recent times.

The executive branch will always preserve it's power no matter who is in office, every president takes an oath to do this when they are sworn in.

There is truth to Jackson and Clinton was not a saint but Bush Jr. has lost the respect and honor of the United States mostly because of his abuse of power and lack of grace in office.

Yes he was the straw that broke the camels back but he has also built a very strong and corrupt administration. The Executive Branch is supposed to use their power to maintain a sense of balance not for the abuse of saving their own ass. Lets take a peek: Rumsfelt, Rove, Gonzalez and the list goes on. Bush is responsible for these men and the lack of balance.

I agree to an extent. It can be said that the Judicial and Legislative branches also seek to consolidate power, so it is actually a struggle between the branches. I guess that's how it is set up though. I don't really believe Bush abused any power. He got congressional approval for virtually everything including the war.
