How are you filming? Do you have a helmet mounted camera or are you riding with one hand and filming with the other. I film our scooter road trips by filming with one hand but sometimes which I had a helmet mounted camera. Thanks

this is a normal photo camera in video mode and hold ot on hand by the passenger behind.

i have also buy a atc2k oregon camera.

the best thing is a regular dvi camera with video in slots.

there you can hook up a small camera and record on the dvi with very good resolution.

Thanks. I use a camera in video mode also, a Casio Exilim 10.1 megapixel. It has a HD mode that will shoot in wide screen format and upload to YouTube in HD (see video response I sent for sample).

it is a very good scooter (the 500cc) with best value for money.

it is not the faster.

120/130 in travels it is for fun.

i have made trips with 150-160 km/h for a long time .

with 12litres of gasoline in high speed trip around 150km.

i have now sell it and i have buy a t-max 500 2007.

if the money is not an issue look for another scooter.

nexus is very fast but not much for big travels.

t-max is very fast and good for travels but to expensive.

Thanks for your feedback ! .. I'm still deciding what I should do.. here we don't have too many options regarding maxi-scooters .. I don't know if I should buy this Xciting or go with a Kymco Venox (I know it's not a scooter).

Keep your self away from italian scooters :) I think YAMAHA TMAX, SUZUKI BURGMAN, OR HONDA SILVERWING is one of the best choises :) And all of this are very fast big scooters and very good for traveling. Personally i own a PIAGGIO X9 500 Evolution and i pay over 4.000 euro to make it work fast and secure on the road...

How you like the Xciting 500?

You can mantain a speed of 120/130 km/h for a long trip without any problem? How many Km you get with a full tank?

I'm looking foward to buy this Xciting 500. Any real feedback (good and bad) you could give me will be a great help for me.
