@austinwarmbier10 make sure you have some oxygen in the chamber, too much axe (or any fuel) won't combust. Simply, oxygen is necessary for combustion.

I am trying to make one of these things with a trophy as the combustion chamber. I have only successfully fired it once, and it made a hole in my wall...(Shot a melted piece of plastic the size of the pen)

But now it just makes some weird noise like a jet engine but quieter... I fucked something up.

Something might have melted in your initial shot. I think there's a hole in your spud gun somewhere that is causing the propellant to leak. Don't forget that a combustion is taking place in the trophy, things can get incredibly hot and melt. Use sturdier materials. You might have used too much of the propellant the first time. Try transferring the propellant to a smaller bottle so that a smaller amount would spray. Good luck!

did this about an hour ago and i took the end off and i thought i took out the fuel from the fuel chamber and i tested the sparker and it blew fire into my right eye. I wear glasses and that is what saved me from being blind. The fire burnt off half of the eyelashes on my right eye and the eyelids are pretty dry.
