I'm actually planning 350-400miles 20 day Expedition in lake Huron/Georgian bay Area and like watching vids like this to get me pumped but I'm hoping for alot rough conditons than what was on the video because that all I train in. I've experienc in Force 7-8 winds and 10-15ft seas. I look for ward to this trip because I have some very challenging open water crossing planned in my route and to paddling in beautiful place in rough, challenging conditions.
