Seriously, though, it looks like a fantastic place to visit and so colourful! I was in Mexico one Christmas so I know what you mean about the decorations in the tropics. Just seemed...odd...but it would be normal for people who live there. I bet they come to the snow at Christmas and go "this is weird!"

I had a short short stop in Belize during a cruise once. It was my favorite port, because we rode boats up croc infested rivers to bunches of ruins! Not the same ones you saw, I don't think, but beautiful as well. Great video!!

I did an episode of "Aqua Planet" in BELIZE. It is great there. The people are friendly, the beaches are beautiful and the ocean is clear and blue. Did you get a chance tho see the "Blue Hole"? My scariest dive ever was diving the "Blue Hole". 136 Feet down and no air going into my lungs. I will always remember BELIZE!

I love Belize! i was only there a short time (it was part of a cruise all around the Caribbean) and just went to a beach and (if I remember this correctly) had this wonderful bus trip where the driver had a great singing voice. also at the beach there was a man in swimming trunks and the top half of a tuxedo with a champagne tray, offering to take pictures with tourists.

also I love the fact you have the "Highland Ecstasy" painting in the background. I couldn't help but stare at it in your show
