Thanks for watching my video. Actually there is no actual ingredients that you can follow. It is all about your own choice. You can always add more or less sugar; more cocoa powder or less and more almond and raisin or less. It is totally up to you. Hope that helps.

Thank you for making this video! This looks great - I am totally going to try it at home.

I wonder if caramelizing the sugar (just put the sugar in a pan and turn on the heat and wait for the sugar to turn to caramel liquid, stirring occasionally) and then melting the cocoa butter in it would make the sugar dissolve more completely, so that you don't have the problem of the sugar not dissolving completely in the butter.
