Cams are a custom one off billet steel from TED. Boost in this video is 29 IIRC. I run a different turbo now as stated below. Car makes well over this power now. :)

yes, 800whp has an application that can translate into wheel tq numbers in all gears and all velocities. rwtq does not. thats what i was referring too.... people dont un derstand power, because IF they did, they wouldnt be runnign off rwtq numbers cuase there is no such thing. rwtq is based on power and gear ratio's. in order to get a rwtq number to brag about, then you cant have a tranny to change gears in...rwtq is in regards to a 1:1 gear ratio, where it would put down 800rwtq.

The boost is at 32psi. I don't know the song as RREV made the video for me. (sorry) It fits me and my car well though :) The manifold is custom made by a good buddy of mine Ron R. The clutch hasn't arrived but as soon as I get it, I will be back on the dyno and off to the track (when it opens) I also added a new custom ATI crank damper since the OEM took a crap which was expected at this hp level. LOL

Updates: My OEM crank is no good so I took it off. I have one being custom made (ATI). I JUST sent the drawing back to them yesterday and should be done within a few weeks. I did go to the track and do some partial passes and it does feel strong!! Once I get the new pulley, I will be back on the dyno to make sure the calibration for both the crank and cam pick-ups are good. Then back to the track I go! I am still waiting on the new clutch from SPEC which should be here soon as well.

If I was going to a "J" series engine, I would go straight to a 2J. The 7M has been serving me well for a long time and I really like the TQ it puts out.
alot of my friends keep telling me to swap the 1JZ in my MK3 but I would rather have the bigger engine I already put out ALOT more then 280hp.....487RWHP to be exact and if your gonna do a swap in an MK3 why not get a 2JZ instead. But like him the 7M has kicked ass for me so far

This is "Duane" here and I do appreciate the comments . 814.62 & 690RWTQ is my best (still with slipping clutch) and since I have another clutch in the car right now, I may redyno the Supra again June 1st when I get it ready for the track. (doubt this clutch will hold any nitrous so that will be later when I get the carbon clutch in late July or August)
If it was an auto then yes, mid to low 9's are possible but with being a manual I think high 9's low 10's.(with lots of seat time of course) > if the clutch holds ;)
I know of a few guys running similar power running low 10's high 9's but have major traction problems so will see what happens. I am not out there to be the fastest but to have fun since this is an all around car (not a drag car)

It is a Ron R manifold. The car actually put down 814.62 and 690 TQ with a slipping clutch. No nitrous yet ;) It will be back on the dyno when we get a clutch that will hold better.
wrong, rb26 manifolds are on the right side, as you can see, the manifolds that the turbo is on, is at the left side you see... this is a 7m, even though its an old model motor, it can still produce high enough hp. trust me, this guy is a 7m builder haha. i seen his build thread.
7m's dont have intakes like that stock but this car has a custom made front facing manifold. alot less intercooler piping that way and a cool ass lookin manifold. definitely not a 2j

If it was an auto then yes, mid to low 9's are possible but with being a manual I think high 9's low 10's.(with lots of seat time of course) > if the clutch holds ;)
I know of a few guys running similar power running low 10's high 9's but have major traction problems so will see what happens. I am not out there to be the fastest but to have fun since this is an all around car (not a drag car)

Great car duane, I first saw your car in a sport compact mag article in I believe 03 or 04 can't remember now, I had just got my white 90 turbo auto, and your car inspired me for what I hope to eventually build my car into. It is a Ron R manifold. The car actually put down 814.62 and 690 TQ with a slipping clutch. No nitrous yet ;) It will be back on the dyno when we get a clutch that will hold better.

wrong, rb26 manifolds are on the right side, as you can see, the manifolds that the turbo is on, is at the left side you see... this is a 7m, even though its an old model motor, it can still produce high enough hp. trust me, this guy is a 7m builder haha. i seen his build thread.

7m's dont have intakes like that stock but this car has a custom made front facing manifold. alot less intercooler piping that way and a cool ass lookin manifold. definitely not a 2j
