when I move my knee cap like you do at 1:41, it feels pretty rough, kind of like a grinding. It's been feeling uncomfortable for the last week. I think my knee is fucked? If anyone has an informed opinion, i'd appreciate it.

@muddwell Well the likely cause depends on a few different things including your age and other symptoms. Do you get pain in your knee aswell? If you get knee pain which is worse with activity it could be osteoarthritis. I would recommend seeing your doctor.
