I need some help, I have the top first 4 abbs but I have a mix of loose skin and fat on my lower abb area, is this normal? And if so what should I do to try and fix this. I already do lower abb exercises with wieght and with out. They show but only in certain ligting.

I've actually even seen a particular study that divided thousands of participants into a diet-only group and an exercise/diet group. While both groups in this study made good progress, the diet-only group lost significantly LESS abdominal fat than the diet & exercise combined group.

I'm 5'4 weighing 191 and I dnt look that fat I got a hard stomach when I flex but it doesn't show only like the first 2 abs on top max bench 220 by the way and pretty strong legs that can max 850 lbs and I'm 16 yrs old
