  • I need some help, I have the top first 4 abbs but I have a mix of loose skin and fat on my lower abb area, is this normal? And if so what should I do to try and fix this. I already do lower abb exercises with wieght and with out. They show but only in certain ligting.

  • @juniorVee the lowest are the hardest. you have to work like a bitch to get them. also, if you have fat, the best way is to lose it first and do the most hardest abs excercise to get the. the excercises to do are the ones where you can fell the pain and burning in the lower region. do a plank and hold the postion for as long as you can and you will feel the difference.

  • o all you retards who honestly think that if a person is black they have a genetic advantage that gives them abs without working out, I'm here to set you guys straight. First off, it's not genetic, all that is covering your abs (that everyone has by the way) is a layer of fat, now for all those who have friends who claim they don't work out, they're either dead ass liars or they eat less calories then they use up in the average day, causing them to lose fat giving them the appearance of abs.

As of right now, im currently taking Amplitude XXX from GNC. It's a combination of a high protein count versus creatine concentration, however, i realize creatine has been known to only produce water weight.
