Definitely their best match. And to think, we would have had a rematch of this in the semis had Vee not played so shittily against Clijsters. Or even, what would have happened if Vee could have converted ONE set pt. I think I LIKE Venus a bit more, but I do not believe she will ever be able to play this tight a match against Serena. This past year Rena completely separated herself from the group - Funny, how people were saying she'd never win another slam now that Henin and Clijsters were back.

I wish venus would watch old videos of her back in the early 2000's when she was dominating on the hard courts as well as wimbly. She isnt at that quality as she used to be. Yup that's that lil sis insider notes working for her and she uses it to her advantage. The difference between them is that Serena is able to separate her personal feelings for anyone when she is playing tennis. When they step on the court she sees competitor not sister and she sees the weaknesses and exploits them accordingly. Venus doesnt have killer instinct and that is what holds her back. She has got to take the kill shot and not be afraid.

In a competition the person with more points wins and the winner deserves the victory because by that definition they won the contest. It's not the winner's fault the opponent was not up to par. The winner did what winners do which is win.
