  • Censors always eventually get people pissed off and then get sued or humiliated like VFX

  • blast a giant lawsuit against whoever censors you.

  • Freedom is the grand illusion - Happy Birthday!

    -Godspeed.

  • *Head explodes*

  • It's the revenge of those stupid fucktars theists.

They have found a way to hack the atheist movement and as always, they use their weapons of mass stupidity ad nauseam.

    They have no moral.

    As always.

For them, the hunger justify the means.

    As always.

    Hypocrits.

    As always and forever.

  • I'm new to this corner of YT, but I subscribed to freedom0speech.

I'm half-convinced only a 2-web solution will do. I might have to wait for the history chapter 'The DMCA Wars' before I catch up with full understanding. It's a bit tough to walk back the timeline when the source materials dissapear.

  • You have my sword.

  • @AtheistLurker And you have my bow.

  • @Apparoid AND *MY* AXE!

  • @AtheistLurker And my Penis.

  • Ah. That's gotta suck!

  • YouTube is starting to become fail.

  • if you need to get the links to your videos than I think you can try to right click the link and press copy link address... it might work.

  • Try searching for your videos using google.....maybe the url will show up in the search results if google has indexed your vids.

  • what kind of asshole goes around falsely flagging vids >:(

  • @1insertusername1 ME! :D

  • talk to dprjones

  • if you want quality service, you should find something besides youtube, because everytime they do something they just fuck the site and the users up more, its pretty obvious to me at this point theyre complete morons

  • if you want to get the url go over the video with your mouse and click RIGHT and click COPY LINK ADDRESS. this is in Google Chrome as i've noticed you are using ie

  • Guess what, who cares?

  • @assh4t Guess what Ass-hat, regardless of this dude's content, the issue of inappropriate censorship is something that impacts everyone - and a hell of a lot of people do care.

If you aren't able to engage or understand the issues I recommend you make an effort.

Consider this, if you saw your mother getting hit - you try to call out for help. Someone puts their hand over your mouth. That is what censorship does, shuts people up on important and less-so issues. Do you understand censorship now?

  • @yeah0thats0fine Agreed. I was in a mood that day.

  • I still don't understand why Youtube won't just fucking do something about this.

  • Right click link to video that's removed click on copy target url. (firefox).

    Cheers and good luck!

  • right click on the video link in the "My Videos" section and copy link address. That might work

  • fukkn asshats!

  • You know, these false flaggers (and Google, probably) are going to be very sad when it comes down to the DMCA being repealed because it's only being used to harrass and damage private citizens. They're going to lose their favorite toy and won't we all just stand up and play the world's smallest fucking violin for them when they do.

  • Freedom of speech will never die, and every attempt at censorship will only strengthen our resolve! No matter how hard the censorship zealots try, they simply cannot and will not defeat free speech.

  • I hate censorship. Fuck those false flagging bastards!

  • dun goofed is old news, so many newfags chanting it around as if they actually did something, wow i bet their proud of ruining some stupid 12 year old's life.

  • @Anon12356 I've seen over 9000 Anons say 'newfags' today. I dare say that's all pretty old news mr. original. Do a barrel roll.

  • @AndromedasWake

I'd do anything for you <3

  • @AndromedasWake Your 4chan references are retarded. Go kill yourself (:

  • @AndromedasWake you watch a lot of videos a day ... over 9000? way to /b/ lol,

  • @Anon12356 she was 11 u dumb mother fucking retard

  • @maxxskill

same thing, at first everyone thought she was 9. who gives a fuck?

  • @Anon12356 The only problem with your statement is that Jessi slaughter was a bitch in all of her videos and challenged Anon, and Anon accepted the challenge. She knew what she was up against.

  • @Apparoid

Correct me if i'm wrong, but she challenged her haters. Not the entire internets. Srsly though, this happens all the time. Ussualy to people you are genuinly assholes worthy of getting their lives ruined (people that abuse their kittehs and are dumb enough to upload videos of it). The only reason this "attack" was so successful was because thousands of newfags flocked over to *chan when they heard about the voting of "bieber to north korea" on the bbc news site and others.

  • @Apparoid

now these teen-hating newfags decided to ruin some girls life and actually think they've accomplished something. and if you don't believe me on the numbers of newfags flocking in, check the google trends for anonymous-related searches, they have spiked recently. or just pay a visit to *chan and see how many dumbasses don't even know better than to put their email address in the email field, LOL.

  • @Anon12356 She had it coming.

  • @Apparoid

i guess, it's more annoying that we have hundreds of summerfags jumping up and down all over the place chanting "dun goofed' as if they've actually accomplished something.

  • You can still get the url's from the page you showed, check right click and copy the link.

  • If I recall correctly, when they remove a video, the page that says it was removed due to a ToS violation has the same URL as the removed video.

  • hey, I would like to ask if anyone has heard of a great guy on youtube, his Channel's name was "SuppressedNews"

he had tons of great videos that just brings Government tyrannies out to the light, but, it too was falsely flagged by zionist movements and such hate people.

anyone got any clue about what happened to this guy?

  • tired google

  • If you were one of the people who disliked this video, kindly unsubscribe and fuck yourself right off. Thanks! :]

  • @AndromedasWake AW, have you contacted dprjones? He an attorney. Also, this IS a Freedom of Speech issue; have you tried the ACLU. Otherwise, do another shout-out (my cohorts and coreligionists will help you spread and mirror) to anyone on youTube with law degrees, to do some very important pro-bono work.

  • right click link + copy url

  • Where does that You Dun Goof'ed thing come from

  • Sorry but may be this is where you remember to Tag your URL's to a NOTEPAD as you upload them that way you always have your own copy of the URL... It's what I do

  • lulz consequences will never be the same!

  • use google cache to find the original URLs?

  • Is this done by angryaussie ?

  • For Pete's sake! Why is this STILL happening?

  • internet explorer ewwwwwww!!!

  • You used a meme in your title, mirroring and liking.

  • /watch?v=rDRrpKAwiMY

    ...has been flagged (ironically).

    You should do the same.

  • Mirroring...

  • You right click the link, then do "Copy Link Location". At least in Firefox.

  • and youtube says they personally check flagged videos. bullshit

  • Sucks man! Good luck.

  • The consequences of this video will never be the same...

  • It boggles my mind why the fuck YouTube hasn't fixed this yet.

  • Let's give him more subs than he's ever dreamed! You can count me in.

  • I may be wrong with this but if you go into my videos and click the video and then when this has removed notice has come up copy and paste it and that is the URL that is required. the other way of doing it is go to my videos and right lick and with Firefox you should be able to and select [I]copy link location.[i/]

  • I always save the URLs to my YouTube videos in a text file on my hard disk. Does anyone else do this?

I also save the URL to the video that my video is a response to (if any). I don't know any way to get that otherwise.

  • It's so annoying how people who make channels for intelligent discussion get false-flagged. I have to believe for my own sanity that I'm not the only person who enjoys YT much more for its value as an open forum for ideas than as a medium on which to put videos of dogs riding skateboards. @AndromedasWake, thank you for informing us of yet ANOTHER channel being taken down by false-flagging.

  • You can still get the video URL. Just hover over the link to the DMCA'd video, right click, save link. You'll even see it in the bottom corner

  • In your control panel's list of videos (the one with the broken links). You need to right click on the link to the video and copy it. this should be the original url to the video. It doesn't appear to be correct because Youtube will redirect broken or flagged links to the channel directory, however this is the correct url. If you need more help with this pm me and I'm make sure your able to get a hold of your links.

  • What the hell is the problem with these people? Soon, YouTube should be renamed to YouGagged!

I am sick and tired of this misuse of the DMCA - which in itself is more or less a misue! What is people supposed to do? YouTube will become WORTHLESS for the use of anything else than trivialities if this keeps on! Every idiot should not be able to automatically shut down channels misusing a rather questionable functionality!

  • Fucking cowards.

  • Although I question the morality of the 4chan meme, I must say; "CONSEQUENCE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME"

  • I've always wanted to create a youtube channel with my opinion on various topics but I fear this same thing will happen to me. Someone is always going to get offended by my video or anything I respond.. which will lead to flags, reports and eventually the end of my channel.

  • Youtube is just retarded... Someone should hack the whole thing and take it over and show Youtube how to run their own site.

  • @genobahamut1337

it's really not youtube's fault. legally, they HAVE to pull the vid. the counter-claim system needs improving, but then that's another legal mess unto itself.

  • @pyr666 I'm not saying the pulling videos thing is their fault, I'm saying the flagging system is their fault. They should put in a better system and I have seen some youtubers give suggestions for better systems. Youtube has not even attempted to fix the system, which tells me they need to be shown how to run the place better by one of these other guys.

  • When will these false flagging jerkoffs wake up and smell the streisand effect?

  • I edited and re-uploaded my two part series, "Female Circumcision In America"

  • @freedom0speech Upgraded description with links.

  • @freedom0speech row row, fight tha powah.

  • If false DMCAs continue, consequences will NEVER be the same

  • Right click the links to the videos and select "copy link location" or equivalent. Or you could just harass the youtube staff to fix what is obviously a bug.

  • TO GET THE ADDRESS OF A REMOVED VIDEO: Right-click the link and copy link address.

  • Consequences will never be the same now.

  • Can't he right-click on the video icons to copy the URLs?

  • @werdnativ

That didn't work, but I got the URL's now. Turns out they were still in the youtube search catalog.

  • cant this be taken to court or something? if a video is flagged they will know who did it. If it is done on false terms, they would know who did it and just erase their account. Why is youtube doing this?

  • It would make me very happy to see DMCA abusers put in prison.

  • To get the URL you right click on the title (where left clicking would take you to the "this is not available" message). One of the options that pops up when you right click is "copy shortcut" or "copy link location" depending on which browser you have. Copy these into a txt file (e.g. via notepad.exe which is one of the common programs) and make a list of all the affected video URLs, then it will be much easier to report them to youtube.

  • False flagging and YouTube's removal of falsely flagged videos is not technically censorship, as YouTube is privately owned and reserves the right to choose who to let and who not to let speak through its medium, even though it is a despicable practice.

  • Any hackers around looking to F up some False DMCA'r? I'd absolutely positively LOVE to see these people with Axel.Rod. They deserve it. Of course that's breaking the law. Hopefully they can just fuck with the wrong guy one day, and then get sued up the ass.

  • @makaisenki Two problems with that... Finding out the identities of the DMCAers is pretty much going to require breaking into Google's servers, which is a monumentally stupid move for which you're guaranteed to get caught, and actually taking action against the DMCAers is going to amount to a quickly subverted local Denial of Service attack (fixed by reinstalling the OS) or framing them for kiddie pr0n, which is going to be noisy enough to be guaranteed to backfire.

    No hacker is that dumb.

  • @int3rl0per I think at this point, using a laptop with an external wifi unit, at an open wifi location, would probably be enough to mask someone's identity with spoofing and everything. After they spoof their info, do some hacks with the computers on the open network, get the info, then trash the wifi card. Hell if they used linux they can surely cover up all their tracks I would think.

But like I said, that stuff is illegal, and I just really hope they fuck with someone who is a lawyer.

  • One thing we can be sure about this whole ideal...

CONSEQUENCES WILL NEVER BE THE SAME!

  • ordeal*

  • My channel (deauvillimus) was suspended pretty well the same way. No notification through e-mail whatsoever. I am really fed up with this YOUTUBE. I have come to the conclusion: YOUTUBE sucks.

  • Thanks for the vid.

  • Sooner or later some judge somewhere is going to jail one of these censors for fraud. If you can find the means of suing these a-holes, do it!

  • Why is this guy being so nice to the false flagger? He is entitled to sue and he won't. What is wrong with him?

  • @truvelocity

The false flagger is probably broke anyways. Sometimes it not worth suing.

  • temporarily unavailable for upload. i'll try again later.

  • Does any one else find the irony of a channel called Freedom of Speech being censored in the first place?

That being said, I hope that there is a way I could be of help.

  • we should all just chip in and help someone sue one of these pricks to make an example of them.

  • Female circumcision in America ..Thats got the WTF hook deep in my craw...

Of course the first thing that comes to mind is Muslin imports ...

  • Is this DMCA bullshit STILL going on? When will you shithead creationists realize that YouTube doesn't want your bullshit and that atheists outnumber you 10 to 1?

  • @JanusChristIsRisen They clearly don't care enough if it still happens.

  • @JanusChristIsRisen

they've had 150 years and STILL haven't learned even the basics of evolution. what makes you think they'll ever learn something like copyright law?

  • If you right click on the video thumbnail, you should be able to "copy the link address" or something like that.

  • 3 people dislike freedom of speech ...

  • The consequences will never be the same for the censors.

  • Bull$hit like this why DMCATube should be abandoned.

  • lol i find it funny that YOUTUBE (of all) censored freedom0f5peech...get it?? :P

but yea this issue is serious...damn youtube! and the false DMCA-ers...

  • right click the text link, copy link location. You cannot get to the vids because youtube redirects you from the address stored in the links, not because the links were deleted.

  • Somehow I think the only way to stop this nonsense is to pursue legal charges against the false DMCAs and get some kind of compensation.

  • If you turn on the stutus bar in your browser you may see the URL of the video by pointing at the link.

If using firefox or IE point at a link and try copy shortcut from the right hand click menu.

  • Urgh, someone sue Youtube already. Bastards should protect their users.

  • @SirReptitious He does have the videos. Every one of them. It's just that because YouTube has disabled them, he can't simply re-upload them (because YouTube's content match system will detect and reject them).

He has to make minor changes to every single one before uploading them again or use a different channel. As such, he has decided to stick with his new channel, freedom0speech, where he has been uploading them. But now that channel is under threat too!

  • Ive got an administrative lock on my main YT channel and this channel has 2 TOS violations YT sent me something about its not allowing others to have fun on YT by doing what I did

IT WAS A PHONE INTERVIEW with the nortorious moron pastor davie grisham from repent amarillo

I tore him up on the phone and he complained to YT in a way Ive never noticed before, as if he actually knows someone there.

I even took all graphics off the vids and he still got YT to take them down WTF

  • Will the consequences ever be the same?

  • right click on link, properties

  • Could you right click on the video link and go on properties and find the URL that way?

  • wow, that's fucked up! the youtube team are some moneyhungry fascist faggots. a video should only be removed after a special team of lawyers decides that it really is copyright infringing, not just because of flagging. youtube can eat a DICK

  • It's nice to see youtube's dedication to guilty until proven innocent is unwavering.

  • @ProphetTenebrae It's not really YouTube's choice, but the DMCA that requires that any allegedly infringing material is taken down upon submission of a take-down notice and only reinstated if a counter-notice is filed. If YouTube doesn't follow this procedure, they lose their safe harbor protection and they become liable for the infringement. Not for these videos, obviously, but others.

  • Actually what I wrote isn't entirely correct, if a counter-notice isn't filed, YouTube must wait for a lawsuit to be filed by the person who submitted the take-down. If, after 2 weeks, a lawsuit isn't filed, YouTube then must put back what was originally taken down.

  • damnit censorship is so freaking time consuming

  • Thanks for the mirror AW!

I got the URL's, a few people found that they are still clickable (though dead) if you do a youtube search for them. That was enough to right/command click and get the URL's.

  • Censorship - The right hand of totalitarian oppression.

  • Why are people doing this? I mean, wtf...

  • @patq911 Because they can.

  • You could just google the video names to get the URLs. Google caches pretty much everything, so even if it doesn't exist - its footprint still does.

  • Friggin' censors. They be lying. And gettin' me pissed.

  • in firefox right click a link and chose "copy link location"

  • Clearly legal steps need to be made.

  • he needs to right click the videos and hit "copy link location" to get those urls

  • CONSEQUENCES WILL NEVER BE THE SAME.

  • I am circumcised... Thankfully there are some measures which can be taken to grow out your foreskin remnant, and while not entirely gaining back everything which was lost it still gets back a lot of the sensitivity and gliding action of the foreskin. The future shows promise with regenerative surgical techniques which may be able to regrow foreskins in their entirety onto male (and possibly female) patients.

  • I just subscribed to both channels, so there. Way to turn the gun on yourself, dumbasses, lol.

  • I guess anyone that uploads videos that might be falsed flagged may open a word document now and get saving those URLs!

  • Comment removed

  • This is the big problem with youtube.

  • If it's illegal to do this, why do they keep doing it? And why does Youtube just delete first and ask later?

  • @kablamo9999 Go over to liberalviewer (can't post a link ,of course, another example of youtube's brilliance) and watch youtube representatives avoid answering that question. The answer is, they want to make youtube safe for commercial speech.

  • YT management are bloody idiots. They need some competition - then we can all move holus-bolus.

  • to get the link of the video right click the video and click "copy link" (losely translated since my PC is german and i have no clue how that option is called on english PC's) that should work just fine.

  • Subscribed to freedom0speech and mirrored "Sexism - Reponse To AngryAussie".

  • I think we ALL should file a class action lawsuit against google and youtube about this. This has to STOP!

  • This is shameful. Youtube has failed us. Maybe it's time for a migration of the cyber freethinking community to a social network that won't treat it's users like they don't matter.

  • Once these DMCA notices are properly backtraced to the source, the cyber police will spring into action, and when that happens...the consequences...will never...be the same! *dramatic sound bite*

  • CONSEQUENCES WILL NEVER BE THE SAME!

  • Wait, is he being DMCAed or flagged?

  • @hgryphon Both on the original channel, which has now been taken down. The new channel has been false-flagged twice, which puts the channel under immediate threat of being taken down.

  • YouTube makes it far too easy to spam false DMCA claims without justification. They are aiding criminal actions and should be held accountable.

  • Right-click on the image entry of the video under "My Videos", then select "Copy Link Location". You can then obtain the URL by doing a right-click & paste into the browser web address location or to a text application such as Notepad.

  • Whelp, I set up a new account dedicated to mirroring falsely flagged videos and the Response To AngryAussie is going to be the first one on it.

  • Damn, was Youtube taken over by government? They behave more and more like a bureaucratic leech; always clueless, inept, incompetent, and corrupt. I´ll mirror your videos and help with what I can.

  • I'm going to a new vid sharing site the first chance a good one becomes available.

  • GODDAMIT!

  • I think he should sue. It's completely illegal to use the DMCA program irresponsibly.

  • @DuggabbooDC Yes, there's some lawyer here on youtube, who experienced that shit himself. I think he would help, if I'd only remember his nick name...

  • @SeltsamerAttraktor DPRJones

  • @sentenal01 Yes, thank you!

  • @SeltsamerAttraktor dpr jones? its something like that, hope that helps

  • @martinteel Yes, thank you!

  • You should be able to get the URLs by doing an advanced Google search under the domain youtube.com using your YouTube account name as the search term. Click on the "cache" link. The original URL will be displayed in the upper right corner.

    Good luck with all this!

  • Why use a download site that's rather slow instead of a .torrent-site like TPB or something? It takes an hour to download the first video, so there will be a while before my mirror is up...

If anyone's got it please just put it on a torrent site because this is ridiculous.

  • Doesn't YouTube actually *review* the videos people flag?

  • @criskity lololololno

  • done.

  • YouTube needs to remove that flag button, it makes it so easy for someone to remove others free speech.

  • Lol. Censoring someone named Freedom0fSpeech who's videos were largely aimed at protecting children from genital mutilation. This is the first flagging campaign I've seen work so well.

  • Out of Many, One... atleast some of us hold that idea

  • You almost start to think that somebody should do this crap to big YouTubers, and maybe even YouTube's own videos (if possible), just to get their attention.

  • To get the url maybe right click on the link to the video and click "copy link location". If you get transferred from the video url to the message this just may work.

  • I have backtraced the censors. The cyber police is informed.

  • False flagging is the cancer that is killing youtube.
