true, i had problems with the devicegammaramp in Q3.

Vista fucks up alot :P

but still, alot of lagg and other problems.

When i rendered it it gave me an error, so i had to render it with a diff codec and blablabla, alot of errors anyway :P

How did you get the railbeam? did you set oldrail to 0? and with the patch?

well, you have to Download the OSP mod first.

then, /cg_oldrail 3

/r_railsegmentlength 45

/r_railwidth 60

just try those settings out (change the numbers etc.)

sorry for asking so many questions,but but i only have the folders "Extras" "baseq3",by quake 3 folder do you mean the Extras folder?

Have you fully installed quake 3?

if so: [example] C:\Program Files\Quake 3 Arena, and put the mods in there....

for maps: [example] C:\Program Files\Quake 3 Arena\baseq 3, and put the maps in there...

if this wont work, i cant help you any further...

i have a question,when i try to put some downloaded maps into the folder baseq3 arent they suppose to just show up in quake 3 arena?and the same with mods too?am i doing something wrong?because before i got this new quake 3 and installed it it use to work?

mods should be in the Quake 3 folder.. and maps should be in the baseq3 folder..

if youve done that all, its supposed to work ^^

OSP is a mod, with lots of tweaks and other stuff..

Quake 3 is just standard ;)

idrc cause its a sort of test video for q3mme :)

i only play Quake 3 online for like 2 weeks (RA3 OSP CPMA) and i couldnt find any good servers with much players in it..

if you know any servers or a server list maybe, please tell me :P
