While in a room with a employee who was obviously high up the chain he mentioned quite out of the blue that a lot of the sightings of "ufo's" locally were in fact top secret flight tests that only now could they reveal. He went further and said in confidence that around 5% of sightings were "not ours". Did he know i was into ufo's ?

The Alan Godfrey case has many of the characteristics common to close encounter cases: radio goes dead, eerie silence, sudden disappearance, missing time... There are some interesting and recognisable physical effects: in addition to both radios being put out of action, we have the dry surface in the road where the object has been, marks on his foot... all these have been described by other close encounter witnesses. These experiences cannot be simply dismissed as 'psychological'.
