I used to play with a set of GG codes that would let you do all of this stuff. (cancel moves, moves in air, diff angled DP, etc.) It was kinda boring playing the computer, but endless fun playing two players with friends!

Yes. And the result was the Zangief could beat every opponent perfect, because one punch button from across the screen launched you into a "vacuum" Spinning Pile Driver and knocked the enemy down. Then you can do another one right away and flatten him before he even gets up.
