  • =)) y like how people get on youtube and become powerlifters instantly , comenting on his form or weight and crap like that , he moved a 500+ pounds on his back how he did it does not matter he did not faint or kill himself + he seems to know what the fuck he is doing , hes big big big and he did not get that way by using pussy weigth and looking at a book to check his form , powerlifters and top bodybuilders break the movement to add pounds , THAT WORKS

  • A few things I noticed...1.) Box is too high, 2.) Why are your feet coming off the ground?, 3.) Are you wearing a belt? That's still alot of weight, so overall not too bad, but not perfect.

  • that squat was probly 5 inches to high. i am 6'5 and i squat off of a 15'' box for my parallel so idk what ilikcagrls is talking about with him using an 18'' box haha. being 6'2 your parallel should be 14'' most likely

  • how tall are you? I think I use a 18" box and I go to parallel....I am 6'2" or so.....you are obviously above parallel.

  • Do knee sleeves keep the joints warm or do they add elasticity to help you get out of the hole in powerlifting?

  • just keep the joints warm... they don't affect how much weight i can use.

    both.....the material acts like a spring at the bottom....depending on the thickness. That's why there are restrictions on them when competing at various "raw" meets. Do box squats properly and you will not need them in training.

    And do some research....on your own...
