I'm getting one for Christmas, but it's straight from the box of a friend's attic. It was still in the box and everything--never used. Awesome, I thought, plus I'm going to see about getting another one that doesn't work and converting it to battery so I can take it with me on my road trip next summer. :D

@djdinari did you ever get an answer for this? i tried without success to make a 3-pronged screwdriver. i don't want to drill them out because my thrift-store record player is destined for greatness.
