Speed up Windows Vista / Windows XP

lol dude vista is a version of windows! Microsoft made windows bro. LOLs and that is vista just with the classic theme enabled by the user/host. Aero is obviously disabled because his computer was running slow due to it, on a high spec machine you wont encounter that problem.

Disabling multiple monitor configuration(3-7sec), lessen shutdown time(15 sec),Increase bandwidth for internet and some tweaks like MOVE TO or COPY TO,TURN OFF MONITOR,Create Restore Point Context Menu and many more. Not dissing him, but I wouldn't do this. Your registry is your motherboard for your computer. If you change the wrong thing, you can kill your computer. There is about 5 of that same command.

You say your on Vista but have the XP start menu, do you know how to do that menu but still have vista aero look. I prefer the old style with mousing over than all this folder with the little triangles

It won't delete anything vital to your system or any of your files on the pc. Just temporary files that the computer makes. They aren't important, and nothing bad will come from defragmenting or using CCleaner. Only better run speeds!
