As the way of all things, what effect do you suppose its question, knowledge, understanding and application by billions of persons will have on the state of global economics, science, the humanities, education, government and business?
.
The underlying law of nature is the most important subject any person can investigate and learn about, can proceed to understand, and can then come to personally apply in life.
T F 1.The real cost of a cup of coffee is not the money you have to pay for it, but rather, what else you could have bought with that money that you now cannot afford since the money has gone to pay for coffee.
T F 2. An economy falling into recession will see its production possibilities curve shifting inward to the left.
T F 3. Rising wheat prices affect neither the Supply of nor Demand for wheat.
"Raw Land" near Urban Growth is King for transferring your fiat money. Secondly, and more important,...it's been confirmed that the geo-mineral experts have concluded that the first element to be consumed-exhausted off the periodic chart will be Ag (Silver) this will occur in 14 to 22 years at present consumption. Regards, SilverFinger
ok.. second video where I though "huh.. this guy knows what hes talking about" I must say I'm not at your level yet (you got me at a disadvantage me being 18) but my dad knows more about what your talking about that you.. You should hear him go on... and on.. and on.. :)
Mexican taxes on land are very low. last year I paid an average of 20 dollars per lot, for 2007 year. The other nice thing is that Baby boomers are moving to coastal Mexico. Those who have moved are also very satisfied.
The US is going to collapse like the Roman Empire, Ottoman, and British empire. The more the state attacks its own citizens the less power the state has to wage a global empire. The government is like a dog biting the hand that feeds it.
lorax, at about 3min40sec you mention inability to invest in tax havens, you can put money in foreign banks, you must declare the income from those type of accounts. That does not seem wrong to me.
another topic for your awesome repetoire- bank secrecy laws. I am not in favor, this helps money laundering and crime, I would prefer total transparency with banking highly regulated.remember when banking was in state only? interesting religious history on banking and usury.
The noise in USA has affected other banks too, Iceland went head on into the ditch - because of one single rodent that bought the media there an ran his scam so now they want to "sell" Iceland to the EU..
One may ask oneself if that was the plan from the start, or if this was just a financial maverick that "got lucky" and managed to buy off a truckload of people and the media.
You can always buy foreign silver and gold bullion. Silver doesn't do good in a depression, but gold does well in a depression. In a inflationary environment, just about anything of value will rise. In a depression, prices drop due to de-leveraging and demand destruction.
first excuse me for my englisch, it's not my native language. I found a very good investment in byuing solarpanels for my energy. It costed 35000 euro. I save 350 euro per month with it. If you buy them in my country the government will now pay 1200 euro subsidy witch is a joke (so no thanks) , But this will stop next year. They really dont want people to buy solarpannels, and i think i know why that is.
I live in San Diego, CA. and I was able to buy land in Mexico. Some lots I bought for about $10,000. Other lots I bought have ocean view. It takes me less than 15 mins to get to my Mexico lots from San Diego.
Interesting topic, I've been visiting Baja for 15 years and although I love it there, I'd personally never buy land. Practically every American I know down there eventually lost their lot. It didn't matter which area, if they were held in trust, owned with a Mexican partner, nothing seemed to work long-term. Then again, $10,000 for an ocean view is worth the risk I guess.
You're right on this gov't induced "shortage." There wouldn't be a shortage (and associated large premiums) if the gov't would mint the coins as they are supposed to. There is a large supply of large bars (ie 1000 oz silver), but not small coins/bars.
At this point, I like the idea of having some gold & silver on hand, but for online acct's oil or some other commodity is becoming more attractive...the gold/oil ratio is favoring oil now -- it has made a major move from ~6 to ~22.
My next purchase is going to be a Mossberg 500 pump action 12 gauge. This is a good investment to me because no matter what happens to money...I can feed myself. I've slowly been collecting some gear in case I ever needed to become self sustaining.
I believe control mainly and upholding of the current status quo.
Would you rather be the rule maker/money holder, the one people come to when they need something, or would you rather be the one who labors at least 40 hours a week and has been trained to ask the rule makers for loans and means?
Here is my New Years gift to you, my extended family.
There is no way that the CONSEQUENCES of the largest creation of paper money since it was invented can be avoided or even modified.
Jan 14th '11 to Jun 21st, '12:
The best part of this gift is not the one you already know, which is January 14th 2011, but rather the date that a new currency form will replace the form of the US dollar as you know it today which is the third week of June 2012.
You can buy gold and have it stored at the Pert Mint in Australia. There's a bit a premium but nothing enormous. In addition, a part from a hard asset, you can also buy CEF.A from the Toronto Stock Exchange. They hold 49% Gold, 49% silver and the rest in cash. They actually store the real metal not like those ETFs (i.e. GLD, SLV). The CEF.A is good in the short terim until the shit hits the fan.
Maybe it should be noted that besides the right ideas you exposed on investing in land (even a house with 1/5 acre garden area can become a great source of great organic fresh food.
Imo, anyone who has the chance of getting out of big cities and move to smaller towns will be safer.
Example for small area, where they produve 6,000 lb of food/year:
good video hopefully things dont get too bad before we find a new system buy land! you do know that you can only hold custodial title and not the land right? do you know that your birth certificate is printed on Bond paper? hmmm...

Thanks alot for the video - please answer this question. Why are the banks trying to stop us from owning real wealth?
What is up with that? Why do they care so much?
It doesnt make sense to me why they even care?
Isn't it good for them? If you can tell me why they're doing it that would be great.

All the 3 videos mentioned are great initiatives, that can be inspiring, uplifting and implemented by many.
Another great tip, that apply for everyone and you mentioned in other videos:
Learn to consume LESS of everything, save, optimize the quality of food (go ORGANIC), produce yourself what you can.
As far as cash goes, I would rather exchange dollar for Euros now, or for who get enough knowledge, silver/gold.
I like the channel "davincij15" for specific tips on gold/silver.
