Are you kidding me? Sure, it may be a bit slow, but once you really get into it and hit the provided fast-forward button, it becomes even more superb. The base game is a really fun RTS and this expansion throws in even more stuff and truly balances the game.

@congruent2006 I agree in that it takes ages for land units to kill each other, but for space battles I think it's a realistic speed For killing other units. The space battles feel true to the movies a lot more then the land battles.

i was a bit disappointed in star wars empire at war -_- its a very slow pace RTS, units shouldn't shoot at each other for 5 minutes, it might as well be turn based.

In my opinion the Empire is unbeatable in Forces of Corruption. They have the new improved Death Star that can also shoot ships and space stations, they have Darth Vader with his Super Stardestroyer and they have Tie Defender (produce 30 of them and you can beat every yes every Fleet)

I would give the game an 8/10. the gameplay in itself was fine, but there were a cupple little quirks that got under my skin, mainly multiplayer galactic conquest mode issues. deathstar 2 is imbalanced, consortium never got the eclipse, on the largest map the rebels are unplayable because of their terrible starting position, and there's no way for every faction to start the game with just a cupple planets, like there was in the original EAW.
