They didn't air on CBS; they aired in syndication (which explains why there's a porn gag and a racist depiction of an Asian man). Oh, and to HyperSonicSquall, Jim Cummings was Cat on CatDog. Charlie Adler wasn't on that show.

This cartoon was made in the mid-90s. It was part of a CBS Saturday mourning show called The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat. These were the coolest Felix the Cat cartoons ever, IMO.

the 50's and 60's cartoons that tried to make Felix a Micky mouse like character, Twisted tales of Felix the cat on the other hand actually restored Felix to his original personality of the 20's originals cartoons, making him more like a globetrotter/Gold Digger kinda character
