  • Yep, just a couple typical jackasses that are clueless to the world beyond their raised ranches! You would do the same if you didn't have a grocery store on every corner!

  • R.I.P. Sharky... :(

  • We fuck the world 100x more than these guys, per head. Just by living in the modern life, you can fuck the world more than these guys. I am not saying don't live in the cities or kill yourself, but please please shut the fuck up. These people are killing these animals to live, unlike us. There is even no comparison, that is the most annoying thing. How come you can be that stupid and ignorant about your damage to the nature itself.

  • too the bbc..i flag you for animal cruelty..it was not needed for killing that animal..soo by

what a shamefull way to make a animal movie..is this all you can ?

  • @kajouman Piss off. Since when was fishing animal cruelty?

  • @kajouman these were natives of the area dumbass. bbc did not host nor discourage it.

  • @kajouman ur an idiot

  • @kajouman Aww poor lil guy go this feelings hurt. I bet you go around and flag every hunting and fishing video as well? Pansy, I flag you for being a complete idiot.

  • Dang i thought that was gonna be a bigger shark then it seemed to be.

  • holy fuk!

  • Bitch thats what I call, old school fishin!

  • Well I guess if they don't have Purina..

  • SÜPER BİR AVVV HELAL OLSUN.

  • People here refer this shark as being "poor" but when it catches a cute seal, then the seal becomes "poor" in words. Life does not work that way.

  • poor shark . -.- why they live in alaska so cold ..... i duno

  • Tis is awesome!

  • owww

  • I like turtles.

  • theres not much to cry about here folks...everything dies and if it gets eaten well, even better!!!

  • they got it by the tail and were trying to pull it up tailfirst and ended pulling it out head first. it is hard to figure out how they did that unless it is another catch.

  • @goerizal1 They gaffed it in the gob.

  • @goerizal1 it was tangled up in the line at the start but hole was to small so they untangled it, put it back in and made the hole bigger, then fished it out headfirst

  • @goerizal1 I forgot what it's called but, there's an effect where if you knock a mammal out underwater, their head floats up easily and my best guess is that's exactly what they did. I don't know how they did it, but keep in mind that these people are really patient and it may have taken them quite a while to do so.

  • how can they even photograph this thing

  • i feel like eating sharks fin at the Japanese restaurant :D

  • that was soooo DoPe

  • burger time!

  • thumbs up for 49-50 ''ay ay ay ay''

  • Those huskies and the swedish lapphund is sooo cute!!!

  • Did the earth just give birth to that shark?

  • i love the way they talk... reminds me sloth from ice age

  • I respect people who hunt ONLY for food and are respectful and not wasteful of the animal they have killed. Hunting as a sport, to collect trophies or fashion is just cold-hearted, immoral and unethical in my books.

  • @yomuddaso8

    do you eat meat?

  • @yomuddaso8 I disagree, you fucking pussy

  • @yomuddaso8 espicially when they kill baby seals as a sport, which is fucking stupid!!

  • @redchickenproduction Your a MORON! Way to let your ignorance come out in buckets.

  • Comment removed

  • @duckhunter17 Wait lets thinks for a little bit shall we? I'm a moron because i dont like baby seals getting beaten to death? ... hmm well then, after some thinking ive come to the realisation that you are a sick fuck if you like that shit :)

  • @yomuddaso8 you mad bro??

  • @yomuddaso8 don't forget that, even if it's for food, it can be unsustainable if they're fishing them faster than they're reproducing, which I don't believe is the case unless this fish is endangered... It's not worth it to bring a rare animal to extinction, because after that, you won't even get a single one (even for food)

  • PCUIzzang He said that was how long the line was

  • that thing does not look twice the length of the empire state building -.- guy can't measure

  • @PCUlzzang trololol

  • @PCUlzzang trollolololol

  • I feel bad for the shark ='(

  • @alehax27 well think of it this way the shark feeds the dogs the shark feeds on the dogs and the cycle of life continues.

  • @alehax27 me too. its anoying how everyone is giving out to you. i mean, think how many sharks are killed terribly too make a soup. they cut off all of their fins and then chuck the shark back into the water and than it drownes cause it cant swim. they said it was the biggest shark they had cached so why didn't they tag it instead. :(

  • @himeis1 Everyone eats shark, because it taste good. I am eating it right now. MMMMMMM.

  • @Dave50689 id be carefull saying stuff like that. how would you know im not a vegitarian

  • @alehax27 you shouldn't people gave to his body a nice use :)

  • @alehax27 fuck you im a shark

  • @pedobear123

Luls I was expecting that type of reply by just reading your username.

  • @alehax27 Me too :/

  • @alehax27 Atleast they made use of it.

  • I like husky dogs :x

  • Isnt this the shark that 30 years ago noone thought existed?

  • i loooveeeeeeeeee those dogs

  • thats pretty cool :D

  • Poor guy, 150+ years gone. Such is life in Sky...Greenland.

  • "We're gonna need a bigger hole."

  • This kills the shark.

  • @meeputube That's why the title starts with the word "Hunting."

  • those dogs are awesome

  • no way those tiny teeth killed a polar bear. scavenged maybe, but i highly doubt that shark hunts polar bears. i don't even see how it could catch a seal either. so once again nature at first glance is bad ass, but upon closer inspection is lame as fuck. back to the scifi channel i go, mega octoshark FTW!

  • poor shark but that is how it goes ...look liked the shark puked thru his mouth n gills

  • Neat.

  • Is this the narrator from Planet Dinosaur?

  • where can i see the whole video anyone?

  • @abel22lopez go to bestbuy and buy the complete pack.

  • poor shark :c

  • cute doggies :)

  • Of corse they had to kill it. They needed food and they got it. Its survival so stop getting so butt hurt about it

  • Damn...had to kill it didn't u well at least they can repopulate

  • RESPECT!

  • Oh wow , that one hell of a shark

  • siento que esta es la forma en que todos deberíamos vivir, así no habría obesidad ni aburrimiento definitivamente no dañaríamos al planeta y de alguna forma pienso que es una manera justa de cazar animales.

  • Those guys are the most bad ass motherfuckers you will ever see.

  • There's only 56 Greenland Sharks left in the world.

  • @joel06

    Bullshit.

How can you count something so elusive?

There prolly thousands we never see.

  • @Breakneckhydra1 haha, was refering to the dislikes :)

  • @joel06

    Ooohhh...now I feel stupid LoL

  • tsad Bai

  • arctic indigenous asian tribes are amazing!

  • i'd love to have a dog sled

  • The flesh of a Greenland shark is poisonous. This is due to the presence of the toxin trimethylamine oxide, which, upon digestion, breaks down into trimethylamine, producing effects similar to extreme drunkenness. Occasionally, sled dogs that end up eating the flesh are unable to stand up due to the neurotoxins.

    ???? From wikipedia.

  • holy shit, those dogs can eat.

  • Just leave it alone

  • @SuperHitman256 and let the meat go wasted??? r u stupid ????

  • @Chewychu31 No you wouldn't it's inedible unless its fermented.

  • The japanese: LET'S EAT IT

  • i wished the showed it coming out of the hole

  • I thought greenland sharks were poisonous to both humans and animals?

  • That looks like a scene i just watched from the walking dead

  • @ninepointzero The walking dead is scary. It sucks.

  • the dogs are adorable. and they went through all that trouble to feed the dogs, adorable. i figured they would have eaten some to.

  • I want those pants. How much?

  • @incentives998 Kill a polar bear - priceless...

  • Ya well next time dont eat at fuckin Mc D then...

  • hehe the dogs were really happy!!

  • i think this is horrible

  • @Postalrampage Why, it is their way of life.

  • @Postalrampage think this is horrible? whats our favorite fast food ?

Wait til lyou see how your 1$ burger is made.

  • @shaggy80hunter This is how they eat ass hole! Get over it, and animal is just an animal.

  • @shaggy80hunter I would like a link to see how. lol :) Please

  • @RajorMajor ill put it to you this way, how do you think they manage to produce enough meat for the burgers, for over hundreds of different mcdonalds? obviously they breed, but the natural way isn't quick enough. so they use steroids to increase the growth, feed cows with a corn based diet, and not including the anti-biotics and other growth hormonal ingredients they add to this unnatural melting pot of shit.

anyway links aren't allowed, so just type in "what about grass fed beef"? and read.

  • @RajorMajor type it in google, and read the article.

  • @xxshotxx1 Awesome

  • How did the dogs pull the men AND the shark at the end? This is so montaged..

  • All of the sudden they pull it up by the mouth.. wtf

  • What a way to get a dog food... COOL.

  • I thought shark meat was poison?

  • @WupeViasco Greenland Shark's skin contains trimethylamine oxide, which breaks down into trimethylamine, which gives the effect similar to extreme drunkenness, the way to get rid of this though is through boiling it in several different changes of water. Its considered a delicacy in Iceland and Greenland.

  • @Sargethepyromaniac

    thanks...

  • @Sargethepyromaniac Yay wikipedia!

  • @JesusHChrist2000 Or just having a background interest in Sharks.

  • i didnt think this shark was to feed their dogs lmao.

  • OMG! I want those pants!!

  • perfect!

  • SHOCKED at 0:59 !!! i cant believe my eyes

  • @Me6847 your wrong on that 1, they care for thier dogs, they dont just feed them whatever and if they die just replace them. they keep dogs for a long time.

  • thats sharks cold

  • this is fucked up. I understand that it will go to good use. they are at least gonna eat it. And its there life style

  • this is really inhuman

  • @bilderrules Inhuman? Really? Well you should be in the water with this shark for one minute. Then you'll know what's inhuman. This is food. It's what humans and animals need to live. This is nature.

  • @bilderrules You're an idiot!!! I want to explain why but there's no need!!

  • Fresh Greenland Shark neat is poisonous to humans, Maybe dogs can handle it better, or maybe they will press, ferment and dry the meat as the Icelanders do.

  • Man, look at how much fat that shark has, it's so fat, they had to cut the hole wider. in other words, the shark so fat it can't even die quickly

  • Must have been drinking some Power Thirst:

"Shark ice fishing a sport you'll invent because your too energetic for normal sports!!!"

  • They're white, but that language sounds Inuit. Weird.

  • That black dog was like, looks like were having shark tonight! Fuck chicken!

  • 47 people are fron the Greenpeace organisation.

  • What the mission of this expedition that these two guys are on?

  • @undertoes to get food for the dogs.

  • @undertoes that is life over there. I suppose they are semi-native inhabitants of the region? ;)

  • Comment removed

  • dogs : ok daddy we got the food , now lets go home !!

    dergn dergn dergn dergn !!

  • Those were some gorgeous dogs.

  • look at those frest meats!

  • heave the DVD box @home just AMAZING how those people life there

  • amazing just amazing

  • That animal can live up to 200 yrs old, although I understand the necessity of ascertaining nutrition for the purpose of survival surely we have reached a point at which our intellectual capacity is such that we take responsibility for not only ourselves but everything on this planet., I can't help but wishing the situation above was reversed. And I can't help feeling that I like these men above am a traitor to this planet and the potential of our species.

  • @Foxaiis What nonsense are you talking about?? They are doing what is needed to survive in their world!! Why don't you visit your local slaughter house first before you buy your meat products from the store!!! You might just want to kill yourself for betraying the planet since birth!!

  • @Foxaiis ppl like you are who i find the most frustrating. yes you're advocating for a good cause but you're going about it the entirely wrong way. these people are eating for sustenance and need to survive. survival of the fittest has been a part of the planet since it's creation. i fully support environmentalism and activism as a marine bio major, but realistically ppl are just going about it the wrong way.

  • @Foxaiis lol what a rubbish.... its people like you that ruin humanity

  • @haarstad88 are you just trolling people? your comment is ironic because it's people like YOU who ruin humanity.

  • @ryanwegner2010 haha, are u a child or somthing ?? grow up!!

  • seriously how do they manage to put a camera deep in that ice cold water..

  • @bunrraa

It's from the BBC, the've so much money to buy equipment for each situation we can think of ;) But they also are so poor to restrict a lot of Top gear vids on youtube -.-

  • @Me6847 What i ment is 100 million every year.

  • @Me6847 Actually not days! years

  • @Me6847 Actually shark is not doing fine. calling 100 million shark being killed everyday by humans fine? not fine really

  • @sharpanator agree completely.they didnt catch it for money, or kill it for pleasure, they caught it by accident and since Greenland shark will kill a person unless you rot it for 6 months or so, g

ive it to the dogs. not like there's a supermarket around where they can pick up some Alpo

  • i hate this :(

its called move to america and eat a pig

  • @4528304 If you think eating factory farmed animals is better for the earth or wildlife I'm afraid you are mistaken. Consider that these people will use every part of that shark, it will feed their families for possibly months and they didn't harm any other sea life catching it. In America we can't claim any of the above.

  • @metsoforte

yea i feel you but i just dont like it u know what im saying

  • poor shark. lucky dogs.

  • @Me6847 Watch sharkwater then rethink this statement... In the last 10 years shark numbers have numbered down with 70% All thanks to us

  • Man 1: Let me see *grabs*

    Man 2: It's big!

    Man 1: *hand slips*

    Man 2: RAGE QUIT

  • @sharpanator Poor Inocent retard boy.

  • damm poor animals

  • awesome! But they should kill the shark since it's near extinction...

  • @LoliViv agreed kill the mofo

  • @Me6847 Asshole

  • I'm the top of the chain bitches.

  • Amazing planet we live on.
