ADORABLE! i love the way baby puppies walk! it's like they toddle not walk. and kittens walk funny newly born too. lol goodness the puppy, how unusually rare for a dog name. lol my cousin named his new cat...Stopsign,LOL i know.he's like 5 or 6, so he named his new kitten that.

not weird at all: there is no bond other than genetics between the father dog and his pups, only between the mother dog and the pups. Most adult dogs avoid interaction with very young puppies. Figaro plays happily with his pups once they reach a larger size (around 10 lbs size). If you look at my other videos you'll see Figaro playing and wrestling with his son Angus.

Sasha is at the bottom end of the "normal" range for sheltie height, Figaro is at the top of the range....so they're both right. Sheltie height at the shoulders is from 13" to 16" per breed standard in the USA.

Wow, Figaro is way bigger than Sacha! I'm buying a sheltie in a month and I hope it's going to grow as big as Figaro!

But what's the average? Is it fagaro who's too big or sacha who's too small?

I looked at your video of your puppy; and its impossible to tell you from the video. At certain ages, a puppy is a puppy. If you saw the parents of the puppy its easier to know if it is "truly" a sheltie or not; but even then if the breeder was not careful in protecting the female the parentage of the puppy could be in question. The puppy looks happy and alert; hope you enjoy him.
