seasalt and the warm water doen't enter your blood you poo it all out 15 to 40 after you drink it all down. Please People read for yourself.this is just her opinion and her experiences.your gonna feel like this until you poo out the water.also after drinking the salt water flush water you must lay down on your right side until you have the urge to go.

ok look go to walgreens and get the saline laxative. It is still disgusting but not as bad as the straight salt water. It's flavored. I told the Pharmacist that I was doing the master cleanse and he recommended this to me. He said it's the same as straight salt waer.

OMG...girl please eat something...eat a cube of cheese or something...I can tell in your face that you not feeling this. It's not worth it-trust..I been there. The liquid diet may help you because you are getting some nutirents...damn Beyonce for this master cleanse crap...lol. But good luck if you continue!
