  • 6;40,, smooth!!

  • @xgregman894x Why? It's not like them not wearing gear is hurting you. Of course gear is good but take it is their choice

  • everytime i see someone with shorts and a t-shirt i want them to crash

  • Woo Hoo! Nice RC8 and a TL1000R! Rare machines and both in one vid!

  • are there any noise limits in california?

  • @foxrider80807 yes 80 decibels is the legal limit for motorcycles, however cops won't enforce it unless you're rolling down the street setting off car alarms or something of that nature.

  • 8:48 that'a boy staying right in it.

  • The bike on 00:45 a 250 or 600 ninja?

  • 9:16 Someone get me Bat-girl's # I think I'm in love.

  • Love the white/red R6 ^^

I was wondering about wearing a sweater and backprotector over it. I never see that where I live. I don't think that even works. And straight after that a dude sitting straight up in the corner wearing a t-shirt xD Oh my!

    Cool vid anyway.

  • @leedaocheng Not a GSXR, it's an SV650, 2002 or older. I know because I have the SV1000S, I'd recognize those taillights anywhere.

  • the dude on the ninja 250 is my hero

  • Video starts with bikers overtaking in a turn with double yellow and no one says shit.

  • extended swingarm for stupid americans who cant launch control and think they'r look COOL or riders who race in 1/4 mile.

  • Buncha fuckin squids and morons

  • @leedaocheng Was a old GSXR moded to Streetfighter, by the rider or an owner before.

But by the why, the suspension of the gsxr sucks :D

  • I look away for a second and look back up and see that weird zebra thing at 00:43

  • 6:07 is pretty sick haha!

  • Why do girl backseaters still wear shorts on motorcycles? Especially on a road like this where people wipeout all the time, alone.

  • @6:40 Finaly some one is doing it right!

  • sucks that I am sooo far away from the Mullholand highway....in Canada Hopefully one day I'll get a chance to ride there.

  • @elgroomez... Ha! Funny! What, you don't like the stretched and slammed bikes..?! LoL. You better recognize a serious bike when you see it, homie..!

(Talk about all show and no go... At least in the canyons. Maybe at the strip it'll be more in it's element, but that's so Zzzzzz... boring.)

  • love the ducati 999r with xerox bodyplates, just love it!!

  • wtf was the guy on the ninja 250 doing with his hand after he took the corner...

  • Comment removed

  • That guy on the green ninja 250 is awful, he just hangs off the bike to get his knee down, his body position is all wrong

  • nice to see a TLR in there. It's the first time I've seen one in your videos.

  • @3:48 Goddamnit

  • WTF is up with all the spam???

I thought youtube blocked bot accounts....

  • thumps up for epic bike porn.

  • Personal favs = new R1 and the naked SV.

  • @simpleinseattle That tone on the r1 gives me a hardon every time!

  • Those squids make me sick.

  • lol at the yellow 2-stroke best!!

  • 08:54 FTW

  • very beautiful road guys !!!! best regards from France !!!!

  • Haha everyone ruining their driving to get the knee down, proper poser style!

Just like me when there is a camera around ;)

  • Man I love the sound of those Superdukes. To me they were the best sounding bikes on this clip.

  • What bike is minute 3:25?

  • nice video...

  • wooo I love watching people with bad body positioning and trying too hard in the corners to get a knee down.

  • I created my account just to say following: at least half of these guys knows a shit about how to ride a bike properly. Riding style is just terrible (gas handling, body positioning, choosing a turning point, looking into a corner etc. etc.)! Look at the black guy on black R1 at 10:02 (little extremist, but efficient and in total control) or yellow Ducati just behind him, you morons! And visit some riding school before buying a super-sport!

  • Any suggestions

  • 9:30- that guy has my exact set of gear, I used to have that helmet and those gloves... i even wear a black backpack too. Only I ride a CBR, not a Gixxer.

  • As always, nice video. Thanks for taking the time to stay out there and shoot, so that we can all enjoy these videos you post.

  • Yeah

  • 6:30 !

  • 7:56 - why you buy a sports bike, if you cant ride? (breaking in the curve, downshifting in the curve, target fixation, slow speed in curve)

  • I have an 09 ninja 250.I've been on it almost a year now.looking to get some pussy..I mean a 600 soon.maybe gsxr or r6,any suggestions?

  • This never gets old! Every time is the first time. You're always thinking something new will happen.

    Dan

  • it looks dope!!looks lk a lot of fun.if you're not livin on the edge, you're taking up too much space!

  • That white gsxr at 06:00 looks clean!

  • mad shit talkin in these comments. Great video as usual man. always look forward to a new one. Thanks!!

  • Im getting ready to sell my harley sportster and buying a sportsf bike..!! Yamaha r6......what you guys think?

  • why he go up the hill :S lol

  • Thank goodness for putting all the people with horrible technique in the beginning and showing the seasoned guys after 10:05

  • I'd LOVE to see EACH and every idiot without gear in this video falling on the ground. Hate people like these! Wannabes who think they are cool. These guys only bought a motorcycle to impress girls!

  • Most of these guys have no fucking clue what proper body positioning is...at 6:42 someone had it figured out, but most everyone else look like a bunch of ass clowns...

  • Thanks guys for the info

  • Looks like half of these guys got lost on the way to the local Starbucks to pose out on their stretched out Busas with their Rough Ryder cuts.

  • A two stroke Yamaha and a Triumph twin- blast from the past.

  • What kinda bike cmon,somebody?

  • @josiahdsabala Pretty sure it's a KTM...

  • @josiahdsabala KTM Duke 990

  • @josiahdsabala New zx10 is rated best in all the classes that count but if your new to riding I would say start with a 600 then go to a liter bike once youve been riding for a while.

  • (cont) It's your decision on how you want to dress. But understand the perception by law enforcement: poorly dressed, or dressed for image is associated with lack of riding experience and/or risk taking behavior. We bring it upon ourselves when image is deemed more important than substance and skill..

  • (cont)... vid also shows so many gearless riders who are either ignorant or complacent of the inherent risks with bikes. And those of you with female passengers? I'm disgusted by your lack of responsibility for someone who probably doesn't know better and relies on your (poor) judgement.

  • So many Mick Doohan wannabes in the vid.. Horrible crossed-up bodies positioned with butts off the seat and shoulders over the tank. Worked for Doohan; can't argue with success. But I didn't see many advanced riders in the vid. There's always room for personal choice and what's best for one rider may differ for another. Understood. But, my point? Appears too many riders are pandering to the camera for ego's sake and not learning the basic principles which will improve their riding. This

  • What kind of bike was that going uphill at 2:50?

  • @josiahdsabala its my 2007 ktm superduke 990.. fmf apex carbon pipes.. stock everything else.. I don't baby any of my bikes. tires are dunlop q2's .. best dirt tire.. better then mx51 or 404's hahah

  • @speedemonhahahaha ""Ninja250 at the same speed as the motogp""

I never said that, I swear some of you big bike addicts need to get the shit beat out of you.

When the people who've been riding and writing about every motorcycle to come out for decades, and they praise the 250's handling, it's definitely not idiot SQUIDS like YOU that I'm going to listen to.

You go right ahead and try to cut those corners, cross the double yellow, end up as just another hood ornament and it'll be your own fault.

  • I wont even ride mulholland on sundays because of jackasses, prime example first clip!

  • i dont think i saw a single person "kiss the mirror"

  • 5 pages of dialog between speedemonhahahaha & NinjaRider777R. WTF?!

    Guys get a room...

  • @speedemonhahahaha Your vid of Rossi showed him slowing down to 50-ish in turn 4 before he got on the gas again.

  • @speedemonhahahaha rnick's video corner is a banked corner, turn 14 at Misano is 100% FLAT.

    h t t p : / / bit . ly / npdvWT

That's WSBK rider James Toseland describing a lap of Misano, turn 14 is a 65kmh (40.39mph) corner, in first gear with slicks on a dry track.....and the knee is still down.

You're not going to "straighten out" a hairpin curve no matter what you do.

  • @speedemonhahahaha Find turn 14 on Google Maps, overlay that onto rnick's video corner, same size, radius and speeds.

  • KTM Rulze ! :)) 2 super duke 990 and a RC8... maybe it's only an impression but these turns seem damn slow ! or maybe it's the cop fear, i dunno... here in France it's not exactly the same... nice vid anyway.

  • @speedemonhahahaha Hairpin turns are measures in the amount of degrees they turn back in the other direction.

    h t t p : / / bit . ly / rnnymd

That goes to Google Maps, showing the exact location of rnick's favorite video corner, it's actually a 180 degree hairpin, which matches turn 14 at Misano, even slower than turn 4.

  • Great film work! Please zoom out and keep the camera fixed more often, so we can appreciate the speed and lines of each rider as well. ;-)

  • @speedemonhahahaha You're going to cut a 150 degree hairpin curve and make it straight???

You really DON'T ride at all.....

Plus your displayed Favorite video is of a 250R, and you're claiming they're not real bikes???

  • 04:21 is that a drz400?

  • Comment removed

  • @Ricksonsaito8 yes is drz400!

  • No fancy music to get in the way .. just pure, raw, motorcycle video .. EXECELLENT!

  • Squid at 2:00

  • wooow I could sit there and watch all day long.. (and ride for myself)

  • loads of shitty throttle adjustment mid corner.

  • @speedemonhahahaha What part of STREET LEGAL do you not fucking understand???

Have you crashed too many times without a helmet???

R6, ZX6R, CBR600, the 250R will keep up with those bikes, or anything bigger, in the twisties ALL DAY LONG, it will only get left behind on the straights.

And lowsides can be caused by front end washouts, too much power, too much brake, debris or slick spots on the road, etc etc etc.

Thinking that there's only 1 cause for lowsides proves you don't ride at all.

  • @speedemonhahahaha The 4th corner at Misano is the 2nd tightest hairpin on the track, it's the same size & radius as the corner in rnick's vids.

    youtube . com/watch?v=yTgyBmdD4f4

Not even Rossi takes the 4th corner at 85-100 like you claim, and turn 14 is even SLOWER and tighter.

I never compared the 250R to any MotoGP/SBK bikes, but when you're talking street legal sportbikes that CANNOT use all their power in the twisties, the 250R will keep up all day long, even the pro mag writers agree.

  • I enjoyed the heck out of that video. thanks. I see you even got my club on there as well. RUTHLESS !

  • @speedemonhahahaha That corner has the same radius and the same speeds as the 4th corner at the Misano track (the 1st tight hairpin), and every single one of the MotoGP and SBK pros has their knee down on those "slow" 40-60mph corners.

The knee down is a 3rd point of contact which can change the handling and line of the bike, it's called Physics 101, maybe you should take the class when you grow up.

As for my 250, in the twisties it will keep up with your "real" sportbikes every day of the week.

  • @NinjaRider777R HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA your hilarious!

  • That guy who randomly rides around on the dirt really wants a dual sport i think.

  • 7:05 <- "FOR SALE"

  • Always the best videos - right here at rnickeymouse!

  • wow there were a lot of gearless riders in this vid...

  • 0:39 - 0:43 PERFECT cornering technique!!

  • @speedemonhahahaha Did you bother watching any of the crash vids from this same corner???

Obviously not. The knee down actually IS needed there.

  • uhmm fatty fatty

  • Wow that girl at 2:32 is in huge trouble if they crash :S

  • This 11 min shoot comes down to the Yamaha Leather Rider at 8:47 who saved a crash! I've re watched this a gazillion times and this guy did not "get lucky"!!

He recovered from a certain crash by amazing concentration. And he recovered his line with will and....focus and know how!

If you really ride, watch this a few dozen times.

    Dan

  • @340PD that save reminds me of the Twist of The Wrist II. Guy saved himself by letting the bike recover on its own and kept constant control in his throttle.

  • they shouldn't allow cars to go on that road

  • Black rider with rossi gloves is the best!!!

    I think so. ;)

  • what bike is that at 10:02 and 10:15?... and... is that ghostrider ?... :P...

  • @ConferoMusic Haha...you're going to make adey blush with that comment!

  • @soap0688 Haha I appreciate the compliments sincerely!

  • @ConferoMusic Yamaha R1

  • Nice save by the guy on the black R6 ...

  • 8:45 what a save! 0.0

  • RZ350 at 0:52 = porn.

  • WTF...? Half GoPro..????

  • is it just me or are these guys in the first minute not hanging off correctly? i have always thought your head was suppose to be inline with your mirror and the top of your body should overhang as well

  • Who the fuck in their right mind rides a bike in shorts and t-shirt. They must be retarded! As for those riders wearing the back protectors over their leathers what's the point, you go tumbling down the road and it's just gonna get ripped off. All in all a pretty boring video.

  • @Jackrabbit4520 Seeing two-ups taking the corner at speed without even a jacket makes me cringe. I'll always at least wear decent denim pants, even just for around town.

  • @Etrieys you are obviously a sensible rider. Why anyone would want to grind their skin away down to the bone and sometimes beyond just doesn't make sense.

  • @Jackrabbit4520 I ride a cruiser and obviously I'm not going so fast into corners nor anything like that, but I've come off at low speed and given myself a fair whack on the arm and some nice grazing, but fuck me if not for my pants I'd have not been able to walk that day. Shorts and a short-sleeve shirt on a sports bike in a canyon at high speed... Jesus christ. I'd be wearing 2-3 layers in the middle of summer, just to make sure I kept my skin connected to my muscle.

  • @Etrieys Yep, its a shame others cant see that that makes sense!!

  • Backprotector over your leathers... haven't seen that before!

  • Great vid as always!
