  • @CaptainRetard88 A suggestion, it may help, is to start using whey protein. I am thin, wanted to getin better shape, but couldn't even jog a few feet hardly without major burn, to where I couldn't keep going. I started using the protein, and now I can go up a hill, jogging fast, and hardly have any problems. Its amazing. It also helps burn fat too, from what I've researched.

  • Don't think just by doing this video you'll get a body like that. She probably works out like five hours a day and starves herself.

  • It's not just discipline tho, so people are blessed with good bodies. I can do all what she's doing there and more (in fact the male workout is closer to the kinda things I do) but I still don't have a good body, I do everything right, I vary my exercise, eat healthy and small portions and work so hard, but it's still not enough for me. I'm not saying it's she doesn't work hard, I just wanna make the point it's about being lucky in the gene pool too.

  • Try normal push ups if you're strong enough. I say its one of the best type of work outs especially because it works your core a long with other muscles.

  • That means, you do 15 times, take a break, do another 15, take a break, do another 15.

    It's ok, english isn't my first language either...

  • Great advice, but if you really wanna target those lower abs, use the same movement (as your ab workout suggests) but don't bend the knees. That's right! Roll your feet across the top of the ball toward your chest without bending your knees, you should be standing in a modified hanstand at the completion of the move. This will will give you a really good lower abdominal workout, while burning more calories than normal swiss ball crunches. Kudos!

  • The swiss ball is a bit dangerous. IMO. You can do most of these exercises without the ball for a safer workout.
