Great advice, but if you really wanna target those lower abs, use the same movement (as your ab workout suggests) but don't bend the knees. That's right! Roll your feet across the top of the ball toward your chest without bending your knees, you should be standing in a modified hanstand at the completion of the move. This will will give you a really good lower abdominal workout, while burning more calories than normal swiss ball crunches. Kudos!
