Himsaf, just a suggestion: In Korea they cook these using a medium high heat. When you make these squish them down so that they are thinner. They cook fast, but the cooked dough should be very soft, not quite raw but not as cooked as an american pancake would be. good luck :)
@.@ wow ~~~ wow ~~~ You really made it. ^^ Did you enjoy eating your hoddeok ?? Good job !! Your hoddeok looks easier to make than mine. hehe thanks !!!! *^^*

What is the music you're playing in this video? Sounds like a tune I recognize but can't place played on a gayageum.

Wow nice job! I have a question for you though, you seem like a good cook so heres the Q.
There is this silver noodle (clear thin noodles) and you either use chicken or shrimp.
I dont know what its called but its Filipino dish. Do you know how to make that? If you do then could you teach us how? I love that dish~

Make sure you view Aeri's recipe video for exact measurements. I halved it and eyeballed some ingredients. I hope you can try this, it's really good!

It was delicious. The dough was easy to work with and it was easy to cook. I've never even heard of 호떡 prior to watching your video. Thanks!

good !!! ^^ Yes, that's what I thought. You didn't have to use flour or oil on your hands as I did when you worked with the dough. good job !!!! hehe
