This IS a Legit SS here, in 1994 the side mirrors WERE mounted on the door, and there IS a plate covering the side window. As far as i can tell, its a real SS.
i have a 95 caprice and i can say there is no way to tell the difference between an impala and caprice from the outside unless u know what your looking for.Caprices have chrome trim and impalas are not. As for the side mirrors people move them to under the window on the door as a personal choice because it doesnt come like that.

I wish my '96 SS had as clean of a paint job as yours. Beautiful car. I am so glad someone else likes to keep their interior and under the hood stock and clean. The only thing i'm not a fan of are the chrome insets between the windows... but i'd still take that any day over the new front wheel drive Impalas.

That's an impala. Google an image of '94 impala and you'll see the quater panel window cover. Also the mirrors were put on the doors for the 94 models, but changed in '95. '96 added the floor shifter and tachometer, but digital dash was removed. U should just post a video response of a burnout. Caprices only spin one tire, impalas spin both. Besides, u can tell by the interior, it's not new, but it has the embroidery and u can see chrome side scripts are sitting on top of the originals.

and also had the rear quarter plastic filler piece

That's an impala. Google an image of '94 impala and you'll see the quater panel window cover. Also the mirrors were put on the doors for the 94 models, but changed in '95. '96 added the floor shifter and tachometer, but digital dash was removed. U should just post a video response of a burnout. Caprices only spin one tire, impalas spin both. Besides, u can tell by the interior, it's not new, but it has the embroidery and u can see chrome side scripts are sitting on top of the originals.

the 1994 impalas came with that cover on the back corner windows OUT THE FACTORY. The 94's also had the mirrors mounted on the doors like that. Also the 94's ONLY came in black. U arent an impala enthusiast or else u'd know these things. Also...the windshield comment is bullshit they have the same one.

The only way you would kn for sure is to look in the trunk lid and get the code that the true only way to kn you cant tell by just looking at it in a video i had 3 Impala ss and a clone the guy i had do the the clone was so good you couldnt tell until you popped the trunk this maybe a real ss but until yu pop trunk you never kn by this video
