@oriongonzalesz simple practice is all. just keep doing it until you develop the muscles in your arms/ shoulders. dedicate yourself and keep it up man!
lift your shoulders up. practice in front of a mirror so you can see whether your back is straight. also, when lifting your legs start by bending your knees to lift the feet then maybe spread ur knees to the left and right or behind you. good luck bro, keep practicing!
