He is. Especially Doctor-ish when he says, "Freud didn't actually say that." And he moves his head to the side. It's very 10.

the voice/accent is different but the mannerism is the same if a bit subdued in this.

david's natural voice is much higher pitched than 10's and that's very obvious when he says, "Freud..." in this clip.

He uses his own mannerisms to make 10 his own. It's the fun part about the Doctor regenerating, each actor can add his own spin to the character. :D

Love him as the Doctor, but love his natural accent as well, if not more. :)
