@Dilo22 yep, the mirage is really the only thing that can defeat an apocalypse, besides artillery, i love the mission in RA2 where you have to survive an assault, all i did was make apocalypse tanks and stationed them at the entrances, no more worries XD

Why everybody's hyped about Tsunami tanks? They suck compare to hammer tank. As for the amphibious part, Empire has a lot more much better naval units than Tsunami tanks like Shogun Battleship. Empire really don't have that much decent land unit. Do you guys like this tank just because it looks cool? :P

They are cheap, so you can mass-build them. Also, they can briefly protect themselves with nanodrones, so if you find any enemies while you're moving to your objective the tanks go safe and you can deploy another unit to escort them.

Tsunami Tanks are not THAT awesome. But they can be.

Don't forgot that they are fast compared to allied and soviet tanks, too, and the amphibuousness lets them run from engagements with other tanks (and although they're not the best ships, they're one of the best amphibious units, so they'll likely beat anything that tries to follow them in). And then there's the fact that Rising Sun can buff them with their secret protocols to raise their rate of fire or provide extra armor.

The Tsunami Tank: an amphibious anti-armor vehicle. It can fire multiple shots at a time, however it is pretty weak. The Tsunami has special nanodeflectors which can nullify incoming enemy fire.
