Bad ending - Kill Richter before getting Holy Glasses, Maria is not seen with Alucard.

Neutral Ending - Get Holy Glasses but kill Richter anyway, Maria is shown saying farewell to Alucard before she leaves to find out why Richter did what he did.

Good ending - Save Richter and kill Dracula, Alucard leaves, Maria doesn't follow him.

Best ending - Save Richter, fully explore both castles, and kill Dracula. Alucard leaves, Maria follows

thats not called the bad ending,it just means you didnt complete the whole game,shaft is still alive.if you kill richter without the holy glasses then this ending is a cliffhanger.but with holy glasses the story is solved because you killed shaft.

It's actually a giant prismic laser that he shoots out of a circle of bibles, but he uses that attack too.

Get the Silver and Gold Rings, and go to the Marble Gallery clock tower room. Maria will give them to you.

Lol, it's just Richter's Bible item crash. It's just in this game it sends out this awesome looking prismic laser and obliterates you if you don't duck, so I call it "Bible Beam".
