  • WoW... fantastic... ;)))

  • Thanks for sending the freind request! i too am on a weightloss journey i lost 5 pounds so far, it took forever but i'm trying to do better myself. Thanks for sharing these cool vids.

  • Hi Derek, you have a wonderful attitude and doing it the right way... you are positive, you are walking and eating right, you will reach your goal.... I am doing a very similar thing, I got out of shape during and after an illness and slowly gaining energy and my clothes fith looser. Good luck my friend!!!

  • Walking is one of the best exercises there is.

  • @TerrierBram and its easy and feels good!

  • @LiveLaughLove8489 And for a lot of occasions one uses the car now, one can walk. However, I've bin to America once. It was hot, and the distances are long. However, I was in Ithaca NY, and walked a lot. Nice place.

  • @TerrierBram A lot of places are further away to walk from your home. In the city it's easy, just park in a parking garage and everything is around there, you can walk or ride your bike, lots of side walks. In the suburbs it's about 5-10 miles from my house to my job, and 5- 10 minutes or so car ride to get there. I can however walk to a grocery store that is about 2-3 miles from my house, or a gas station, there is the problem of crossing traffic without any cross walks or crossing indicators.

  • Don't give up! We're all proud of you !!! =D

  • Yes, I am feeling that talk after your walk. Congratulations. My workout today was so awesome. My legs will be sore tomorrow however I'm just happy to have gotten up out of the bed to get closer my results.

  • @matthew5and9 - Thanks for your comment and support!! My legs was a little sore also but it was worth it.. :)

  • Great work! Keep it up! Many folks would stay at home on a day like that because it's"too hot." No it's not! Keep it up! You started it, we wanna see you finish with the weight off! Don't find a reason to quit!

  • @abaneyone - Thanks so much for that extra push!! Your the best!

  • I mean lots of results hahaha sorry .(:

  • I mean slot of the results

  • Wow! You are doing awesome!. And your so motivated and nice! Your doing great and I'm already seeing slot of your results! Keep making the videos! Your doing great!

  • @4XxcodXx - Thank you so much for the comment it really helps!

  • cool :)

  • Losing weight is a struggle however

My friend went from 120KGs -> 75KGs in 1 year

1 lunch Meal a day , anything but fast food and ate it untill satisfaction not when his stomache got full.

Breakfast, dinner and snacks consist of fruits only.

He did not excercise but did walk alot.

In hindsight his stomache is flabby now so toning your abs probably situps alone during that period would have prevented excess skin after weight loss.

But his calve muscles are insane from how much he walked.

  • @selfsenter - Thank you, that was really inspiring and I appreciated the comment..

  • Dont stop!

  • @CarDoseS - Thanks

  • You are an inspiration to me !

  • @TheGnomeWhisperer - Wow thanks!!

  • My Guy!!!

  • @acts131 :)

  • great job man! By the way what did you use to ome up with that sweet intro??

  • Dude! You're doing it!!! Thanks for sharing your experience and being such an inspiration! I've been trying for weeks to start working out again, just to tone up - not even to lose weight. I need to keep some weight on actually LOL. But I keep making excuses. My last effort wasn't good. Shoot. I didn't even make the effort. I will try tomorrow. Keep up the great work! Blessings...

  • @AfroTee - I appreciated that comment my friend for sure!! I feel that we all have our personal levels of commitment to reach for in life. I just feel that I am starting to tap into my own and that is where I am at right now. I am not saying that it is easy but I am just at a point that I am more hungry for life than toxic food. You know what I men? :)

  • @MRMELTDOWNDOTCOM - I feel you on that one for sure!! I feel that if we are not living life at our full potential then we are only cheating ourselves!! Why should we live life at 50% of our potential? Let's Live Life!!

  • Mr. Meltdown I am a large woman 390 lbs and I have a terrible backache when I walk. Do you or did you have this problem? If so, please tell me how you got through it. When I was about 330 lbs I could walk two miles with no problem then I fell off the wagon. Getting back on is a challenge. You are looking great and keep up the awesome work!!!

  • @kcitiz36 - Hi kcitiz36!! This is a GREAT QUESTION!! I have had the same problem with back pain. In fact the pain your talking about was happening to me after my first half mile in this very video. But I just walked through it and it got better. This is something I think many folks our size may experience at first when just starting a physical active lifestyle. It starts in the first few days but after a while it gets better. If not I suggest consulting with your doctor. Keep up the fight!! :)

  • Its great what you do and who disliked this because your working harder and harder and that also motivates me so the only person whod do that would be someone who doesent excersise

  • @sasquatch859 - Hey thanks for the comment and the support!! :)

  • Im loving this motivational video. Im proud of you too. Im doing my journey and it is just good to know that Im not struggling alone. You have a great smile, keep smiling!

  • @nettablack - Hi, and thank you so much for the support! I know everyday is a battle but as long as we keep fighting we are still in the game!!

  • You'll will be there soon man! You are one of the mose positive people i have ever met! Keep it up! Subbed.

  • @ohJuKe - Thanks so much for the support and it is a pleasure to meet you!! :)

  • why dont u jog, its not far...?

  • @PkUrClaws - I feel it is more important to just do something physical. In time I might try to jog it but I am not at that point yet. Thanks

  • @MRMELTDOWNDOTCOM ahh ok understandable.

  • This wa a great workout and vid and a beautiful view those tree's and trail were the business.

  • @StopDropnRollon - Thanks!! Yea today was a great day to be out and enjoying the weather for sure!!

  • Be proud!! yeahhhh! :D

  • @maquis69 - Thanks!!

  • Omega/Flax is fabu...I've been on it seven years and I definitely see the difference. A great walk! In order to relax in my runs, I sing along with the music. It's so much fun. Nothing like a brisk walk in beautiful weather! You did inspire me to go Raw. I did this with the Master Cleanse for 5 days and transitioned to Vegetarian. I love it~ Best decision I've made this year. My Breville Juicer never got so much heat before~:)

  • @SParkApCider - Hey you!! So good to hear from you and I am also giving my Breville Juicer and true work out!! I can honestly say that when you cut out the meat you do feel the deference when walking. The energy level just has a way of multiplying.. Thanks for the support!!!

  • hey mr meltdown, have you ever tried fish oil pills, they are great for you nd they increase your metabolism alot, helped me lose the extra weight i wanted gone

  • @34dolphan - I have heard that they do work wonders.. I have been trying to keep raw but that is absolutely good information. Thanks

  • Great video. Congratulations on finishing 1.25 miles.

I also like to walk, almost every day. It's a great feeling after walk.

  • @Ercolano78 - Yes I have to admit that today's walk was extra satisfying!! :)

  • @MRMELTDOWNDOTCOM ur incredible, keep the good work, im supporting 100%

  • @GHOST6472 - Thanks so much GHOST!!

  • I love walking along the trails. (we don't have the markers though! dang!) Makes time go by so fast. And yeah - I gotta just go out and get my walk in or it never gets done! No excuses. :)

  • @karriedaway67 - Yea the makers help a great deal but even if they had none I would still be out there pushing. It is all about health and life!! Thanks!!

  • I enjoyed this video and sharing your efforts to lose the pounds.
