Peetuhr is right. Red Steel is extremely hard to get used to the controls, and does not have the best graphics. And the wii is not HD supported. It is made just to have fun with it. Peetuhr don't let these guys discourage you.

kay so i have a wii and its pretty super, sure graphics are... nothing to get excited about but theyre acceptable, this ad is annoying though because 1) the red steel footage looks about 300x better than the red steel iv been playing... and i dont think its just me... and 2) in zelda the person keeps pressing the A button to do everything... and it shows it happening on the screen.. and tahts now how it works?

well, im pretty sure Eye-Toy was a crap attempt at 1.) The Duck Hunt Gun and 2.) the gameboy cam. Wii has already surpassed any expectations, especially releasing it on the day sony released the ps3. the Wii is well worth the price of a 360 and ps3 together.

i hope you know that square-enix and capcom both work with nintendo now. Yeah, sure they will do some things for sony, but nintendo will have all the final fantasies, kingdom hearts, metal gear, and resident evil. this system is aimed more at adult, seeing since we grew up in the 80s playing NES and can still have fun playing games with the same chars (i.e. Zelda and Mario).

1: When I compare consoles, I don't think 'l33t graphics' are a valid factor. So what if the graphics are slightly worse? People who avoid consoles solely for graphics are probably entertained by anything shiny or pretty. And lose thier sanity if forced to play NetHack.

2: People who belive you HAVE to be that over-the-top while playing are total noobs (if not anything more pitiful)

Nothing but agreement here! I got a Wii not more than a week ago, and I keep on staying up late, playing Wii Sports or Twilight Princess for 8+ hours straight.

P.S. I work at EB Games, I've played the X-Box 360, and it's pretty good. Not up to the Wii in my opinion, but still head and shoulders above the PlagerismStation3, which has an unceasing tendancy to crash, stall, or otherwise feck-up every 5-to-10 minutes.
