I have a cross husky boxer and he is so unusual lookig that everyone stops to ask about him. He is a great looking dog and a brilliant personality. very loyal and protective, especially with kids and cuddly but very fly!!!
I know you've heard this before, but if he was here in my country,and I didn't already have a male Dog, believe it or not I would take him. I just hope someone, can look past the "looks" and see him for what He truly is...a handsome old man that needs love :-)

Hi there! I just wanted you to know that I posted Leroy on the PF urgent forum and a bunch of people have jumped in to try and help him. We are working together to cross-post and email rescues for him! I hope and pray this works.
Leroy is older, we'd guess close to 10 or so. He is on medication for his arthritis, and he gets around pretty well. He's still available at the shelter, and unfortunately still no one has even looked at him...

ohh poor ol leroy!! can't someone out there adopt him?? i live in a tiny NY apt. but if i didn't i would have 10 dogs!!! he looks adorable!!!

also if you look around :05 at the muscles and design of the rear legs you see boxer.this dog shows some age though looks in pain when walking.
