I totally agree with the content of this video. Lisbon Treaty is only a "patch". Europe has lost its identity, its way... long time ago, maybe from 1997 (Amsterdam Treaty). I'm not against the European Union's idea, I'm against THIS European Union and I have too reasons for that. Furthermore, Europe is divided about the most important questions: external relations policy, inmigration policy, etc. Congratulations for this video!

Not completely true. It bans the death penalty in all cases except war, and imminent threat of war. This only means that the EU can't write a law that expects the death penalty in normal cases.

However, I don't like the "imminent threat of war" part. Would a "war on terror" count?
