It's from a game. My ROTC instructor (a retired and senile Navy SEAL) thought this was real and showed it to the class. Because of the bad quality of the projector, we all thought it was real and were blown away. When I went to show my dad, I noticed the health bar thing in the corner and the shadow to see it was not real, but a game. But what I find funny is that this is the A variant of the F-35 (the CTOL). Only the B variant, the STOVL, is capable of vertical take-offs because of its lift fan behind the cockpit and the 3BSM engine. The new C variant is specifically designed for carrier transport.

No, this vid is real. The navy has a new tech that displays names and health bars next to planes, to prevent friendly fire and make it easy to check their condition.

Also, they have a haze that goes around carriers now that makes any video seem pixelated and aliased. This is to make bombing them harder.
