He's doing a good job considering that the Hutu rebels and their followers would like to topple him and his government to plunge Rwanda into another nightmare. He must be strong and far-seeing and remain true to his vision. Note he is not wearing military uniforms but prefers casual clothes. Rwanda owes him a lot, and he has taking his country into the future. Good job. Of course he has enemies. Of course his democracy is flawed. So is the democracy of the USA
