  • Here in Brazil we make the California sushi with kanikama, cucumber and mango. Since we usually eat avocado as dessert, with sugar, I've never even seen sushi with avocado XD But looks delicious, I think I will try this one *-*

  • @crystalheartu good point! i didn't mention in the video but i used natural sugar. it tastes like the regular sugar. so you can use regular sugar :D

  • @DillyBansal not really... it's something you care or not. hehe but of course it tastes good if you use sushi rice bucket (寿司桶). and also it makes you feel like making sushi! but i think moms in japan use metal bowl at home. when special occasion, we use the bucket since it takes place to use. good question :D

  • Yes. I liked the video. Like runnys, they have a sense of honesty, nice little tips (like the avacado cutting tip) and it's nice to watch. Plus I learned a few things.

    Japanese ingredients are way too expensive here. Wasabi, nori sheets even soy sauce. It's ridiculously high. In the restaurants i pay 20€ for 5 sushis, same amount as shown in the video.

    It s a robbery. Your from Switzerland, guessing from your channel. You must know that there's lot of portuguese immigrants there. I'm portuguese and I know that were passing hard times. It isn t impossible to make these sushis but they have their cost... i gotta spend some. 1 time isn t that bad.
