Drum magazines are prohibited by state law in CA, HI, MA, MD, NJ, NY. Does not mean they do not exist and does not mean they are not used or available in these states... Besides that, this shotgun not being fully-automatic, seems to be perfectly legal to me. (I'm no law official however)

Yeah, I was lucky to get mine. I walked in the store with $650 and they wouldn't take it. So I walked back to my truck to get the rest that I kept just in case. I was gone all of 2 minutes and another guy was already looking at it to buy. Needless to say, I slapped the $730 down on the counter and bought it.
