This is a disappointing presentation in which White makes a number of obvious fatal errors that renders the instruction almost worthless. The beginning commentary is solid, but after 6:50, the poor play of White makes commentator's Sarterus comments as Black patronizing and self aggrandizing rather than instructive. Sarterus should play stronger players and get more experience before presenting instruction on YouTube. Happydelicious comments below are harsh, but accurate.
Jesus fucking Christ. So much wasted fucking time explaining your opening moves. Everything is transposition into Dragon. There was no anti-Sicilian threat. After Nf6 white should have pushed the pawn. With eventual f4 he is as good as he can be in a Yugoslav Attack with Initiative. You have no counter play and your "strong" Bishop is neutralized. 0-0-0 -> h4 -> you're dead. Was this a blitz game? You guys are not "experts" in the US Chess since of >2000. You guys are no more than 1800.

Why is it called the dragon?

@cpmc1 Good questions, Black pawn structure at 5:54 vaguely looks like a dragon: x x
x xx xx
The bishop on g7 breaths fire on whites castled king on the queen side. games from the dragon also tend to be very tactical.
Most openings are named after people or places (french defense, Italian game) this is a rare exceptions.
