Whether it is police, military, the Red Cross or whatever. But I believe overall people will do the right thing. That use of pepper spray by the police in riot gear was totally inappropriate. They were not subduing any physical threat. They appeared to be using it in a vindictive manner to subdue speech that they disagreed with. That's no way to win hearts and change minds. Try education or friendly debate instead of force.
