That does look like St. Bede's. I also miss the days back with Dr. Lendrim. All those singers in the front dressed differently are alumni, who all know this from memory, no rehearsal needed.
Must be Catholic, because of the statue. Its is a representation of the baby Jesus. Its not Greek Orthodox because they celebrate behind the altar. Great version. Sopranos disappeared for a moment near the end, but the basses are cello-like and warm.
Wow, whomever you are, thanks for posting this! I'm one of the alums who is standing in the front - I came back for my fifth year reunion. I had no idea that anyone was taping this, and was delighted to find it on YouTube.
Thanks for posting this. It brought back some great memories.
Way back in 1982, my high school choir sang this exact arrangement at the Michigan School Vocal Association's All State Choir Festival. Of over 50 SATB choirs who sang that day, ours was the only one to get a Superior "1" rating from all three judges.
I haven't heard it since, though I find myself singing it often still. Filling the other voices from memory, however, only does so much. I'd forgotten how beautiful it really is.

Looks like original chapel at St. Bede's (Catholic) on Richmond Road in Williamsburg, VA.

This is beautiful. You're singing it very passionately. Who is this choir?
