  • wow cant waite for part 6, u do bad ass work! do u think a 94-96 caprice or impala frame would fit under a 67 impala? cant find any info

  • did u clean up the frame an stuff? i heard of powdercoatin frames wouldnt u wanna do that since the body is off anyway? doesnt that make a barrior for rust an stuff?

  • nice work! I have a 77 coupe with a 402 bb and stock 2.41 gears, 65mph in first, over 120 in 2nd but small brakes and suspension so I am expecting to break that soon but have 95 caprice wagon that I think has a full boxed frame. any idea if thats compatible?

  • whens the next vid of the car comin

  • Thanks so much for that info!! We hope that you get your project back going soon. Please post some videos of the finished product. Can't wait to see it!

  • When you were doing the switch, did you have to do any modifications or was it a clean swap over? Because we are trying to do the exact same switch.

  • @CoutureCalii frame is a exact fit, But you need to use the body bolts from the car you took em off of, ex : the 77 body bolts will not fit the 94 body .

  • what did you use to lift the body off?

  • Love your garage and how it's set up. I'm doing a 1978 Malibu 2 door LT-1 Swap with the 4L60E and everything out of a 94 Roadmaster wagon I bought for $500.00 Everything works on the wagon, just can't get it on the road as the frame is rotted at the Lower Trailing Arm on the Driver's side and the fender wells are gone too. So it's harvest time for my 78. Props to you on the 89 9C1 as well. Hope you have a good time and work safe.

  • Hey dude give us some update vids on your cars , i really liked the progess you had going and believe it or not i was actually learning. Thx

  • @alm0sthere

Sorry man Nothing as of late, I got hurt at work and haven't been able to do anything.

    Be a few weeks

  • @CSXRockford Sorry to hear that man , that sucks hope you can work on your cars soon again.

  • Looks like it's much easier to swap the frame/drive-train then swapping the engine/transmission.

What's funny is one of my caprices is similar to your, left overs, '94 caprice, bought a good body with a junk frame no engine, so it now sits on a '86 frame, with a '73 Oldsmobile 350, and '82 700r-4.

    Keep up the good work.

  • it looks good but keep the monte carlo rims on the 77 i think it looks good keep up the good work cant wait to see part 6

  • @mwd92 The 77 will have the 94's 5x5 bolt pattern, the monte SS wheels won't fit , it used a 5x43/4 bolt pattern But I might get some billet adapters , We will see, I was thinking maybe some American racing ansen slot replicas.

  • @CSXRockford do you no what color u gonna paint it

  • @mwd92

    Pink with purple polkadots
