@xx6pure6evil6xx I know this because I am a retrired Battalion Chief from the Albany, NY Fire Department and have seen the Schenectady Fire Dept. in action many times and they are lousy. They also have the worst EMS system I have ever seen. I am also a New York State Certified Municipal Training Officer and an American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor and have been on review boards that have constantly questioned SFD's patient care or lack thereof. That's how I know.
