I'l answer my own question from other comments I've been told this language is Egun from Cotonou Port Novo but I have another question is Cotonou part of Nigeria? or Benin Republic?

Don't be rude! It is wrong to ask, "is this Benue language?". There are many languages spoken in Benue: Tiv, Idoma, etc. I myself am Yoruba...
